Sir, I have to give you mad props for this. I mean, the course and depth of your investigation goes beyond what mortal men would be able to handle. To put this another way, I'm pretty sure you spent more time on this game then the developers did. As for "wasting your time and ours," no, I don't think that's the case. i just love how this video has a story of its own. shadows figure realizes shadow has gone missing. he finds his pc and listens to the audio logs. after he’s finished listening to the audio logs and finds shadow. he realize that shadow has loss his sanity. and attacks the camera. already a better plot then air controls plot.

I would tell you about zen fish. You basically play a fish, your view is constantly behind said fish and have no control expect the up, down and left to right on screen, you are pushed forwards with music playing. All music obviously stolen.

This game is quite draining. Markiplier went into this thinking he'd get some entertainment with how bad it is, but when the game kept looping itself, when the interface was one of the worst anyone has seen, and when he had to play FLAPPY PLANE of all things, oh my goodness was he broken. We did get some memes out of it at least. Oh, and I kinda would like to play a game where you play as Alfred from Batman. That'd be kind of interesting. Cola and meal please no bread. 2zporygon I'm going to say Air Control is worse for only one reason. Big Rigs' history suggests that its dev team was boned from the start: they didn't have an engine and publisher took the game before it was ready. I don't buy that story, but it's still plausible that factors beyond the devs' control forced them to launch early. Air Control has no excuse

I'll bet that game was only meant to be played by competent game designers or hackers, and the developer relied on those people to finish making the game for them. Or it could've been made as a means of torture. Or it could've been made because the developer owed the mafia some money. Or it could've been a test: How bad can a game possibly be? Or maybe the developer was actually good and just accidentally released the game too early but didn't notice, made everyone insane, and suddenly, the game was taken off of Steam and the developer was banned from Steam, and he's now homeless over a small mistake? Damn, that got dark quick.

Big Rigs is probably worse. It's recognizable as a racing game so you know all of the things that should be in the game and aren't- besides the fact that the game was sold for a full 50 dollars in actual stores. However Air Control is so confusing it's the far bigger mind-screw to actually play. Big Rigs at least has a definable structure and goals to it.

Yeah; I heard Jimquizition mention Flappy Bird (he made a video about this heap when he still worked for the Escapist; the dev tried their hardest to silence the complaints about this game) I was going to go to the library and do How to Train Your Dragon 2 next, but while I was at the library I found a game called "Create." Box has absolutely zero details of what it's about; just "Create." It's made by EA, so Lord knows it's not looking promising. I haven't tried it yet- I'll play Create and see if it's review material; if not then HTTYD2 will probably be next.

Yet another example of a beta game that was pushed into being released under the false name of a final product. Why do developers do this? YOU DON'T RELEASE BETAS "FINAL" PRODUCTS! You finish work on the game until it's complete then you release it. I cannot believe game designers still make this mistake to this day.

To be fair I think this wasn't made by a real developer; Markiplier got to the end of the main game mode and- if I remember correctly- a sum total of one person was listed in the credits. This was just a guy who had no business making a video game mashing buttons on his keyboard until he had something he could get away with selling on Steam- that or he was deluded enough to think his game was so good it was ready for Steam and then he flat-out ignored everyone who told him different. (my money is on #2, since his behavior on Steam suggests he actually had pride in this piece of shit.)

In the course of over four years, how the heck has no one criticized the audio in this video?! This is HORRIBLE! The dude just doesn’t know to step away from the microphone when yelling and the spikes are so noticeable, it’s a miracle that no one ended up deaf by the time this video ended. The video’s fine but the audio issues make this hard to sit through in one go. I hope that he’s improved in the last year.

Only a complete turd of a program could make Superman 64 look good. It reminds me of one of those hack mods that are fucked up in every way. My initial explanation of "it means you don't know grammar" is the best explanation- the only one I'll give a crap about. Well you saw the review; it IS worse than Superman 64! People have been writing in shock that Big Rigs looks like a masterpiece next to this. What's funny is the Dev tried to tell their complaining customers that the game was "just for fun" and not a flight sim... as the game's description and tags specifically said "simulation." This wasn't even on greenlight or early access; this was with the rest of the finished games. In any case, thanks; I'm glad you liked it! I think there's going to be a "breather episode" first; a little something from the library. After that I'm thinking I'll do a game that will give me an excuse to reveal the identity of The Face. I'm still working out the details, but the numbers at the end of this video are a code that reveal his name.

It seemed like it was still in the development stage. One of those early prototypes that you can download that is not finished yet. I don't think I have seen a review from you that I have disliked. ShaunTheCHB My initial plan for the scene was to have a Day 5 pop up and the audio was just The Face slowly singing the opening lyrics from Metallica's "Sanitarium" as the camera made its way to me, but I just hated the audio that came out and I came up with an improvised solution. I haven't decided whether to release it as a Deleted Scene or not; I really don't think it was that good. Perhaps I will. I'm considering doing a top ten list of the worst games I've done so far but I really don't want to have to put this at the top of the list. It just depresses me that Superman has been dethroned.

Was this game made by a official video game company or a single guy? It looks like a guys failed test to program a video game that he out on his steam to purchase becuase he felt like it. This is the worst game ever made if you see as a real game but it seems more like playground for noobish programmers. The game was made by an independent developer named Killjoy Studios, but the game's credits (Markiplier beat the game in his Let's Play and got a look at the credits) list only one person's name: some impossible-to-pronounce middle eastern name. Well the game wasn't on Steam Early Access where devs sell the prototype games and betas; it was in the full store with the rest of the finished games. And since the dev was aggressively censoring any comments left criticizing the game, arguing with people about how the game was "just for fun" and getting his friends to post fake positive reviews, I think he was convinced that it was a finished game. Congrats on your own game.
