😊 Coincidentally, I had braised tofu and rice today! Did you find that the rice flour make it crispy vs. using corn starch?

The rice flour just gives it a batter like perimeter consistency. It’s crunchy because of the air fryer/convection fan that blows heat all around the tofu until it gets to the state of crunchy.
