Hello I'm 11 years old n my hobby is baking,I made these n they were so delicious in tge dough I didn't have 6 tbsp of of butter I had 4 tbsp so I added 2 tbsp of cooking oil n for tge glaze I used 1 tbsp of ghee n a tbsp of cooking oil my mum said it was a bit to sugary cuz the glaze was not so smooth n perfect but the dounut it self was most fluffy n so good. I totally recommend these

I made these yesterday.. I was really nervous because I hate using yeast but they were SOOOOO GOODD!! 100% recommend. They are not like Krispy Kreme doughnuts but they are better than "fast food" doughnuts (Dunkin Doughnuts, Tim Horton's etc). They were really soft! I have a Ninja air fryer and it seems to get "hotter," so I reduced the temp to 330deg and cooked for 8 min. When I made a slightly larger doughnut, I would increase the time a bit. But the recipe is REALLY forgiving. I don't have a scale and I used instant yeast-- NO PROBLEMS!!! Also, I made cinnamon-sugar doughnuts as well (by coating it in butter then in cinnamon-sugar)- super yum. Thank you so much

Greetings from Bangalore, India. I use my air fryer for quite a few things...cutlets, spring rolls, crispy chicken, toasted veggies like beet, pumpkin etc. yet hadn’t thought of making donuts in that. This sounds such a good idea and your donuts look so beautiful. I will definitely try this recipe. Why not, if I can eat donuts without too much guilt? I love what you said about warm doughnuts. Their used to be a little bakery on my way to work had sold fresh warm cinnamon doughnuts in the mornings. They were not very big, so we would buy 4-5 of them at a time (not every day) and they almost never make it to the office.
