If you sprinkle demerara sugar on to the pastry, just for the top layer, before baking it gives a lovely caramel type crunch.

Yes I agree the air fryer setting is a better finish for sure. If you don’t try these things you will never know, so you needed to do it. The end result is yummy. Your a good cook Sharon for sure.

Here in Australia we call these matchsticks, cream puffs are made with choux pastry and filled with cream or custard.

I put a milk glaze on em and then pop them on the regular air fryer setting 180° for 5-6 mins, done.

The cream cakes look so yummy but like martin i can't eat them being diabetic for me i cut out biscuits cakes chocolate crisps a year ago dont miss them. and use the airfryer everyday. love all your videos especially the food reviews and family vlogs is their a chance you might go up to scotland to see tracey

That air fryer has no limits as to what it can cook - What a machine - by the way - I am aware that Sharon was a 'tad' embarrassed when tucking into the Puff- Clearly Sharon is not used to opening her mouth fully open so no insult intended Martin............

Tracey loves the big Cosori and we also love the Ninja, just a matter of choice but we like the 2 trays.

I can honestly say the Cosori is fab, I cook for our family of 5 in it, and cooking time is so much quicker and less faff. I made beef stroganoff last night for all of us, it was super quick and so much easier not having to stand over a pan to make sure the garlic wasn't burning, it's a huge time saver and much easier to clean than a normal oven 😂😂.

I have the Ninja Foodi dual basket air fryer-just like yours. I am having problems when both baskets are in use. Foods take much longer to cook on Air Fry, and they do not get crispy. I am ready to return it and get a Corsari. What good is having two baskets if you can’t get crispy results when both are in use? What are your feelings about this? Would appreciate your comments.

We've not experienced that issue Judith, they have independent elements so I don't understand why you are having that issue.
