Quick homemade bread crumbs. Bung a couple of slices of bread, cubed or whole into microwave and cook on high for 2-4 mins. Keep an eye on them and turn them over in between. Should feel baked and crusty when done. Place them in a sturdy polythene bag with a seal and bash with a rolling pin. Makes fab breadcrumbs in moments. If not all needed, the microwaved cubes are great croutons for soup.

Awesome 😂 I just got my Cosori airfryer and made the bread and butter puddings in it. I definitely ain’t putting this in the oven. Don't know what the Weather is like over In Lossy but it's not been so great over here in Inverness today. So some nice comfort food I like the bigger one's Tina gets them in Lidl another great recipe. Can't beet a bit of mustard with hotdogs yum.👍👌

Seems simple enough. For a fluffier, more flavorful result, you could add black pepper to the egg wash, a bit of baking soda to the flour, and mix seasonings with the bread crumbs.

Hi there if you put the bread into the airfryer it will dry out and then they will grate to a fine bread crumb. Also if you roll the bread with a rolling pin. It will be easier to roll around the sausage

Don’t like those hot dogs but Cumberland sausage….oh yes. Definitely going to try these. Both my husband and I have coeliac and miss sausage rolls so these will make a really good substitute. I know I could make my own pastry but as I make my own bread this is a better option. Thank you I’m a new subscriber and have added a number of your recipes to my list. Fish pie is the next one on my growing list. I also have the double Ninja air fryer and love it. Have had an air fryer of numerous makes for years now but you have shown me to look outside the box.
