Air Fryer Lobster Tails is an easy recipe to make in the air fryer and it comes out so delicious and perfect.

Air Fryer Lobster Tails
Ingredients:
Lobster Tails - 2 (4-6 oz each)
Minced Garlic - 1 clove
Lemon Juice - 1/2 Tbsp
Paprika - 1/8 tsp
Black Pepper - 1/8 tsp or as needed
Salt - 1/4 tsp or as needed
Unsalted Butter - 2 Tbsp
Chopped Parsley - 1/2 Tbsp
Instructions:
1. Using a kitchen scissors, cut down the center and then right and left (like a T)
2. Carefully, use your hand to press down to crack the shell
3. Loosen and pull the lobster meat upward and set on top of the shell. Clean any visible dirt and pat dry
4. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley to the butter and microwave for 1 min or until butter is melted
5. Mix and save 1.5 Tbsp to use as dipping sauce when serving the lobster
6. Place the lobster in the air fryer
7. Brush the sauce well on the lobster covering the meat completely for evenly seasoned meat
8. Air fry at 375 °F for 6-8 minutes. No preheating is needed for this recipe
9. Temperature at thickest part at minimum 140 °F. Lobster in this video was air fried for 7 minutes
10. Serve with dipping sauce that was saved earlier and lemon wedges
