You didn't say one of the most important things or I missed. Which function you used while cooking? Steak, roast, broil, air fry ?

Is there a reason why you didn’t use the kabob rack inside the Cosori basket while cooking?

The kebabs get a better crust when you directly put them on the Cosori air fryer basket when cooking since they can come into direct contact with the hot basket! Best, Cosori Chef Margaret

Use bamboo stick instead of those steel skeweres. Imagine grabbing one of those skeweres by accident when they’re hot.

so thought you weren't supposed to take out the basket and pan together because it puts a strain on the handle. lot of people have had broken handles.
