Hi friends, today we are making classic Kabob Koobideh in an Air Fryer and comparing it to the original version on the grill.
This is a wonderful alternative for those who don't have an outdoor grill, students living in a dormitory, or, if you want to try a different way to make it.
Also, you don't have to worry about the meat falling off the skewer :)
Ingredients List:
• 2 pounds (1 kilogram) of ground beef (15%-25% fat)
• 2-3 Onion (depends on size)
• 2 Teaspoon Salt
• 2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
• 4 Teaspoon Sumac
• Couple Tablespoons of Liquid Saffron (optional)
• Tomatoes for Grilling
