Ingredients,
1 large chicken breast (split in half)
salt and pepper to taste
3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
For the coating/breading,
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper/to taste
1-2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped fine or 1 tsp dry parsley flakes
oil spray

Instructions,
Cut the chicken breast in half, width-wise, to make it into two thinner breasts.Season each breast with salt and pepper to taste on both sides.
Spread mayonnaise over both sides of the chicken breasts. Set aside.
In a large dish, add the panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and cracked black pepper and mix well.
Dip each breast into the breadcrumbs mixture on both sides, using fingers to press the coating into the chicken gently
Once all of the chicken breasts have been fully prepped, spray each breaded chicken breast with a light coat of oil spray
Place the chicken into the air fryer basket oil side down and spray lightly top with spray oil.
Air Fry at 380F for 10 to 12 minutes, (depending on the thickness of the chicken breast)
Flip the chicken halfway through the cooking time.
cook until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature of the chicken has reached 165 F or above.
