I did the same as this, but with garlic and coriander naan bread. Meatball pasta sauce as a base, mild shredded mozzarella and pepperoni. Quick, easy and cheap dinner and it rivalled any takeaway pizza.

Coincidentally were going to make naan bread pizza for Lunch. In Asda & Morrisons they sell packs of 2 enormous 'rustic', authentic-looking Nan's, and they are big! We stick red pesto on as the sauce, sliced onion, mushrooms & peppers and cover with grated cheese. Looks very similar to this lovely-looking 'pizza'. Base stays fluffy and dsoft, just like a stone baked base. Lovely 😋

Never thought of using Pitta Pockets, Good idea. I'd use Pesto, Olives, Sun dried Tomatoes & Pepperoni as the topping; with Mozzerella Cheese Slices & Parmesan over the top.

very nice vid and well done getting on the radio and with another show to do. the tv might pick you both up to demo cheap meals you can make at home during this winter when everything is going up in price. as you know tv always tries to dress presenters in bow ties scarfs or hats and also do the same type of thing for Sharon as well such as feather boa hats pearls and funny glasses. Now's the time to hone your banter etc for tv and maybe try some dressing up and get a few show reels together to send to tv stations, I think you are onto a winner here in the way you do your meals and I know from watching your channels you always trying to improve them

We buy the part baked breads from Tesco's and very cheap they are but they are brilliant but I do make my own bread most times but you all you need to do is basically cook a chicken off or any meat you fancy or vegetarian depends who you are and just make it tomato puree until passata a little bit of herbs a little bit of this and that you've got food for less than £2
