Mate I’m 55 and used to eat most everything you do but it came to a head 2 years ago when I had a dozen gall stones and had to have the gallbladder removed meaning I can’t process meats as well as I used to so I turned to a plant based diet. Still the thing is there are so many meat replacements that I adore and seeing you do what you do with your Sharon is so inspiring and thanks for reviewing the Cosori, ordered one last week.

I had 2 gallstones 3 years ago and since I've cut out carbs (although I have the odd carb like today) They have now dissolved and gone. It's all down to my diet. Keto and also eating the right fats.
