Hi Doug, I love your demos on air fryers and cooking tips! You are lots of fun and full of knowledge so I always learn a lot from you! TY! I have watched many KZbin demos and read hundreds of (confusing, conflicting) reviews at this point, (ugh, sigh!), so I need your help!!! I am looking to purchase an air fryer that has the most important features and functions. This will be my first air fryer purchase so yes, I am a rookie, lol but I have invested a lot of time to try and educate myself so I can learn, understand more about air fryers and make a wise decision. A lot of experts say that the highest, overall performers that crisp best and cook the fastest are the basket style and this dual blaze may be at the top of the list. Do you agree? BTW, I only cook for one or two adults and I always like to have a veggie, protein and a starch with meals. I believe this air fryer is fast, efficient and performs very well (and love to see Alexa, control on command!). I've watched other demos on bigger air fryers and air fryer ovens, some with two separate drawers (Ninja and Crux) and a viewing window ( Ninja) but they don't have the dual blaze feature and I believe they take a lot more time to finish cooking foods. The flip-up Ninja has the dual burner and a window but it would take up so much space in my small kitchen. Is it better to cook food side by side in a bigger air fryer or in batches in a faster drawer style air fryer, like this newest Cosori? Can this Cosori be used with any accessories to cook in layers? Have you tried using any accessories such as a kebab rack or any others pans inside to allow for cooking moist foods to cook with/next to French fries, fried okra or other dryer, crispy foods? Also, I noticed you don't use the crisper plate a lot. Is there a reason why? Will this wear out the drawer faster? I know I ask a lot of questions but I see you are very experienced with all these different air fryers. Please advise...

I can't see why u would choose the air fryer...at this point as long as it's a square basket & 1700w I'm not sure what else u need. Air Fryer got popular in the states since 2016 so nothing new now...pick up a machine and start cooking :)

No recipe...add fajitas seasoning, air fry for 10min at 400 and shake at 5min...the rice was not made in the air fryer
