This is the first time that I have watched a White Skin foreigner telling positive things about Air India. It must be so wonderful for the ears of AI Management by Tata. It is heartening for Indian passengers too. Earstwhile Govt. run AI is changing its practices and receiving favourable response from passengers. Let us hope AI will revert to the good old days of Maharaja!

Great review! Air India was bought back by India’s mega Conglomerate TATA a couple years ago after relinquishing it to the government over half a century ago. Now, they’re on a mission to make ‘The Maharaja’ great again. Air India are in the process of buying 500 planes with a mix of 321Neo, 777x, 350 and 320Neos. That would make them the youngest fleet in the world by my count. TATA have two mega brands that will power Air India - global tech giant TCS and hospitality giant Taj. So… here’s to hoping Air India return to their former glory.

The curry was beautiful, just right for me - I think it was the sheer amount of food I attempted to eat and the accompanying inability to breathe properly after it that created the blushed look. Thanks for watching!

I was in business class TLV- DLH-SYD and the 787 had a maintenance issue in Tel Aviv. After 2 hours onboard we were all offloaded and told to make our own way home and sort out our own flights! That was Air India business class. Never ever again. Station manageress didn't have a clue what to do and the handling agent- AeroHandling- the same.

I think that's the trouble with contract handlers at outstations, the same happened to me in Berlin with BA a couple of years back. Not a good experience!

Unusual. If there was an Air India station manageress at the airport then she should have instructed the handling agent as to what do do? You had checked-in and boarded. What you say occurred is highly improbable. Why did the passengers not protest and insist on accommodation until the problem was resolved or re-routing. Are you telling us that an entire aircraft of passengers travelling on a full service legacy airline simply accepted to go home and make their own arrangements? What if they were not Israeli and had no 'home' to go to? Where is DLH? IATA city code DLH is in the USA.

These airlines need to investment in passenger safety and should improve their service. Most of their planes keep getting into issues and most flights are delayed. My worst experiences ◘ 2013-2014 , 2014-2015 and other domestic travels within India. Domestic service is more hellish.

'Shocked' because they did the rounds with a magazine trolley? Shocked? Slightly surprised maybe, but surely you were not really SHOCKED? If that was one of the best ever meals you have ever had on an aircraft I assume you have flown very infrequently during your life. Don't you feel embarassed travelling with bare feet and wearing shorts especially in what should be an upmarket business class environment?

@ 3:54 the AI FA wearing a crumpled & not correctly worn necktie! Please, take some time & get dressed well. @ 4:01 the AI female FA pointing at the seat - Bad manners! The FA training seems to have gone out of the window. You direct the passenger & not pointing out where to sit. Basically, take you seat & get moving. Where's the courtesy & respect AI ?? Take a cue from Korean Air or SIA.
