I am awe-struck.. I remember flying over-seas on a (M.A.C) flght going to military post in germany and the captain let me look in the cockpit for a few minutes.. I was so amazed. When you look out the front windows it does'nt look like you are doing 550 mph. Thanks for the memories.

As beautiful as it was, the first plane appeared to pass much closer that the legally allowed vertical separation limit. The contrails appeared way too close. If memory serves me right, vertical separation rules specify that between the surface and an altitude of 29,000 feet, no aircraft shall come closer than 1,000 feet and above 29,000 feet no aircraft shall come closer than 2,000 feet of another aircraft. Awesome video though !!!
@BeyondUfos14 жыл бұрын
Amazing shot of Chemtrails!! reason they are so close is because they are government planes flying a certain pattern to create man made clouds... Research "chemtrails". Contrails are exactly what you guys say. But after a few min the ice crystals evaporate. These trails are miles long! Again great up close shot of these chemtrails!!
@BeyondUfos14 жыл бұрын
@Legionoftruthers I understand that guy.. but why do u see somtimes with the long contrails an on/off pattern. For example check this vid. youtube DOT com/watch?v=HUplRpP2R1g Dont tell me its updrafts or bull shit.. I've seen with my own eyes atittude doesnt change..

What a cogent and intelligent response!! I'm sure now that everyone is convinced by your sound reasoning and argument. (Psst: It's "you're"). So tell the audience, oh "wise one": Where am I full of excrement? Which comment? We're all eager to earn from you, since I presume you to be an "expert"? Do you have four decades' flying experience, and 20,000 hours total time? Do you have ANY flying experience at all?? (You don't have to be as experienced as me, even SOME flying lessons help).
@Legionoftruthers14 жыл бұрын
@FastLife79 So remember it is the temp & water content of the sky in the patch a plane is flying through at any moment that determines whether or not a contrail will form. A plane can fly at 500mph through a dry patch in a second or two and a contrail won't form for that time. It might then fly into a very saturated patch and the trail will form and linger for ages, then it might fly into a not so saturated patch and the trail might only linger a minute or two.
@Legionoftruthers14 жыл бұрын
@FastLife79 Now also go google "lenticular cloud". They are clouds that tend to stay over one windy spot above the ground. But notice they are actually blue sky that turns to cloud due to pressure changes over landscape. That clear blue sky was actually wet & potentially cloudy all along, but just needed a pressure change for the water to become visible. If you can learn the physics of invisible water vapour becoming visible ice or liquid instantly then you will begin to understand the sky.
@Legionoftruthers14 жыл бұрын
@FastLife79 Have you ever seen something called a "cloud"? Planes travel in and out of them in seconds. Blue sky one second, cloud the next. That's because the cloud has different humidity to surrounding sky. The atmosphere is not uniformly wet, agree'd? There is only 1% diff between cloudy sky and blue sky next to it, & patches of "almost" cloud forming sky with differing % humidity everywhere. Planes fly in and out of those patches in seconds. Dry=no trail, Wetter= trail. Seconds to cross
@Legionoftruthers14 жыл бұрын
@FastLife79 How can ice crystals evaporate when the relative humidity is often 100% and the temp is usually about minus 50 BELOW zero C. Water ice CAN'T evaporate into 100% relative humidity and about 20% of the year the sky at cruise height is Supersaturated with respect to ice. ie, the humidity is MORE than 100%. That means that rather than the contrail evaporating, the excess water in the atmosphere sublimates ONTO the contrail and spreads it. You need to learn some contrail science.
@rawphull640715 жыл бұрын
idk about arrows, but airplanes fly because of their wing shape. They are sort of arched on top and flat on the bottom, so when air moves over the wing it has to travel farther then when it moves under the wing. This diffuses the air on top, creating lower pressure then the air underneath. The pressure difference gives the wings lift and the plane goes up. Ta-Da! and btw all airplanes are designed so they can fly with one engine, so don't worry people! they are safe!
@flyingaaron716 жыл бұрын
yes u do have a brain. but sorry, your brain isnt that bright on the subject of aviation, weather and atmospheric physics. i suppose u must assume every cloud of nature is a chem-cloud aswell right? clouds persist, clouds spead out, clouds have gaps in them, clouds can cross over clouds...they must be chem-clouds though right? cos water should disipate within a few seconds right?
@Swordsfor200Alex15 жыл бұрын
Its a contrail fool...CONDENSATION TRAIL. It occurs when ice crystals in the atmosphere get sucked into the jet engine and are vaporized into steam. Then the white cloudy jet exhaust will slowly disappear as it refreezes. Also, note that some planes at that altitude don't leave a contrail it is because of the lack of ice crystals.

Houston, we've got three idiots flying in wrong direction! What?! They can do that? Never mind then, I will return to my other duties.... Hello, you have reached our office in India, this is Abu, how may I help you? J/K people I am just kidding! No offense! This is common in a crowded airspace. Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride. Nice vid btw, thanks.
@shadowhunter38814 жыл бұрын
@H4wkeye1 Um. Dude I know this is a late response but if you don't know now. Its contrails. Its from water vapor because the engines are boiling hot and where their at is ultra freezing so it causes these trails. Also These are two 747 not fighter jets. do a quick pause when they fly over.
@capacityplus15 жыл бұрын
It is ok. All aircraft at these flight levels set their altimeters to 1013mb so no matter where they come from, as they get near the pressure is the same. If flying different directions they are at predefined different FL. Google semicircular rule & quadrantial rule.
@oldfart475116 жыл бұрын
I think there should be 5,000 ft of vertical air space, anyone enlighten me. Another blonde are you refering to the vapour trail behind the plane? if so, that's the warm air from the engines mixing with the cold air, which occurs over 30,000 ft.
@BoeingRules17 жыл бұрын
Some planes emitt contrails longer than others, especially engines that are extremely powerful or old. calliemine22, if you think long contrails are chemtrails, then look at B-17 formations in WW2, their trails are way longer.
@Pwnzistor15 жыл бұрын
they fly so high so they can go faster without using nearly as much fuel.. high altitude = less air molecules running into your plane; and going mach .8 it really makes a difference.

I am an Indian pilot. What makes you think that the pilots are weak link in Air India?? The pilot training requirements in India are very stringent rules. Next only to JAA and way higher than FAA. Pilots in all Indian airline companies are above par the industry standard. I couldn't find it now, but I had seen a video of Frankfurt airport and it had communication between traffic controllers and pilots. The controllers exclusively added "Sir" each time they communicated with Air India crew
@Legionoftruthers14 жыл бұрын
@Polar1zed Because they are at different altitudes because of vertical height separation rules. Different altitudes = different contrail formation conditions

Planes fly within 1000 ft. from each other. They only appear to fly close to one another. Air temp. at 30,000 ft. is around 30 degrees below zero. The contrails are caused by hot air from engines that emit water droplets that freeze within a fraction of a second to form the contrail, the same as a cloud as well. L.
@Polar1zed14 жыл бұрын

why do people think these contrails are full of chemicals? It is just simply water vapour which forms at high altitudes of around 25,000ft+ due to cold temperatures, wind, or humidity. Nice video - thanks for posting.
