The toe box leather is the #1 reason I keep passing on the recent 13 retro releases. It’s horrible. The playoff 13 is my favorite colorway so I hope they fix it before they bring them back

Bro I'm 44 yrs old an grew up in Chicago the BIGGEST MJ fan..as a kid the 1's were real cool but still looked like nikes.. the 2's were like idk ok...but the WOW Holy shit wtf are those trying to look at the TV as close possible EFFECT!! didn't come until the 3's 4's 5's an 6's...it was mind blowing at the Time! I am 50 now and I had that kind of thoughts back in the day. I was in love with early Jordans but the 1989 was the first one available in Spain (as far as I know) and I bought the FR. Then from the 1990 to the retirement I was not touched by the models (7 Bordeux yes of course). But then MJ was back with the Concords and WOW. Today I learnt to love the 6 7 8 9 and 10, but still not a big fan of the 5 because they are ao bulky. Good job family

The WTF moment in Air Jordan designs for me started with the 8’s. My mom bought them for me cause she thought I would like them after having every pair from 3-7. I wore them and ended up trading them. I don’t even remember what I traded them for but they gone. Then she bought me the 9’s and I couldn’t get over the fact that they looked like moon boots on your feet. I gave them to my brother and he returned them to the store and got a pair on the 9 UNC in his size. Then the 10’s can out and you couldn’t help but think about how disgusting the toe box was on the original design. They were definitely more appealing once they redesigned them but I still skipped. Once the 11’s dropped it was on once again until the 15’s. At that point I lost faith in Air Jordan sneakers and then the most underrated and unappreciated Air Jordan sneaker of all time dropped...the 16’s. I still have 2 pairs of the 16 Gingers, 1 worn but not worn out and 1 brand new still.
