I don't like the swoosh.. it isn't horrible, but I'd opt not to have it. On some colorway it would look good, but the grey lower this colorway doesn't need it

Couldn't agree more, I despise the original Jordan 3, and I'm not into any other Jordans except the 1's. So when I saw these release I had to cop. Nike shoes just need a swoosh in my opinion.

Not sure why everyone relentlessly obsesses over the leather quality, particularly on the mudguard of all Jordan 3s? When you look at the design, it's actually better for the longevity of the shoe for Nike/JB to use a sturdier leather for the mudguard piece. Smooth leather is more durable and rugged and it also possesses the benefit of being cleaned easily due to the fact that it isn't a porous leather, making it perfect for that portion of the 3s design. As for that leather on this shoe, I actually believe it was sourced better than the leather on the Black Cements and certainly the True Blues, making it slightly better, but you have to have both in-hand to see that, but again it really doesn't matter.

Agree with the quality control from Nike, my black cement 3's came with a small piece of leather chipped off from the black leather on the upper and with small holes in the midsole. Not really noticeable from a distance, but it's really frustrating considering the money we pay.

Why does no one notice how trash the molds are for the midsoles? They're either misshapen or have bumps all over them. Same thing on my 2018 black cements. The paint job is bad too, looks like a beginner restorer did it. The quality isn't there at all, especially for $200. I'll stick to my 2011 black /white cements. The quality was on point.

My 2011 White Fire's have some of the same issues, mostly the inconsistent paint. I think its just how Nike always will be with quality control. It doesnt bother me too much since I got mine second hand, but it would bug me a little at first if I bought retail. My tinker 3's come in monday so I'll be able to compare. To me Nike's quality control has never justified the pricetag, but thats just how it is sometimes.
