Looks much better than the 172SP payware panel. Good job. Looking forward to trying it. Doc

Love the idea of dual instrument monitors. I run XPlane with 5 monitors. Three (27”) are the external view and two (22”) viewsonic touch screen instrument panels. Would love to covert the two instrument monitors to air manager, where I can get away from the mouse, touch the buttons and add knobster. Look forward to future videos.

Great Job, I hope you share these two panels with the community, and or even set them up for sale with the other custom panels, I have two 22" Planar touch monitors set up with 1920 x 1080 resolution with the knobster for my instrument panels and three 40 inch HD monitors for visual, and one 37 inch set up for an instructors station, my actual programming skills are lacking and have to rely on those who create some great instruments, yours has really spiked my interest and understand the hours you have invested to create a much more accurate instrument panel with better operating radios. I would like to see you offer the option for retractable with constant speed prop. Most of my flying on Xplane 11 is practicing approaches trying to emulate a complex aircraft with constant speed prop with manifold/fuel flow. Do you plan to have your panels and revised and improved instrument panel available for AM 4.0? I think the weakest link for us simmers is the controls, I haven't be able to make many improvements to my saitek yoke, currently working with Norman who has developed a plug in set up with HE sensors, still working on configuration. I did make a huge improvement incorporating several ideas I picked up on the net and my own using CH rudder pedals, like removing the detents and replacing oem springs with heavier springs and one spring to provide a center alignement, I built an angled adjustable support to not only provide a more accurate pedal feel, but also to adjust to different pilots. The pedals also needed a more natural spacing, so I was able to also design and build the pedals to accomodate another three inches with a platform to set your heels on. I plan to upload a you tube when I incorporate the HE sensors in my rudder pedals. All my pilot friends, most ATP's have found the rudder pedals a great improvement....A cheap modification compared to spending thousand dollars. If I could load some photos, I would be happy to share....

I’m glad you guys like the panels. I’m currently working on the night lighting for the whole panel and will upload an update after that’s implemented. I do have another panel to share later that is for an aircraft with a constant speed prop. It has a combined MAP and fuel pressure gauge. Be sure to subscribe and click the bell to get notified when new videos are uploaded.

Sounds like this panel is not available for purchase, is it available to test drive as a beta version so we can give feedback for improvements before final product is ready?
@ExperimentalSimAvionics3 жыл бұрын
There is no beta or current plans for a final product. Sorry.

Any update on if this panel was made available for purchase? Also, I would be interested in just the Radio Stack / AP panel

I can’t make something available that contains elements from others work. I have been slowly removing these but it takes time especially as I am working on many other panels too. I’ll be sure to update any significant progress here.

Air Manager says I need a license to load 172 Panel. How do I get a license?
@ExperimentalSimAvionics3 жыл бұрын
Go to Sim Innovations web site and purchase a licence.

Unfortunately not for now Jim. If and when there is a means for doing so then you bet.

All this work and you have potential clients after reviewing your you tubes won’t sell? I have watched your you tubes with your enhancements, unfortunately not all of us have the ability to program, but would be happy to purchase, your panel with manifold pressure and hopefully retract will be made available to the public for purchase.

Rod It’s not a case of won’t it’s a case of not having things in place to do so. If these things are overcome then they will be released. If you’d like to see third party pay instruments and panels on the Air Manager platform then this needs to be addressed to Sim Innovations.
@rodpierson44445 жыл бұрын
Experimental Sim Avionics feel free to send my replies to Ralph and even Russ, I have had many conversations with both, can’t you sell your programming without the blessings of Air Manager, I am sure they would like to have control...X-Plane for example has many third party vendors. Would you sell on a one to one basis... ? I know there are several who have watched your You Tubes.. I am just trying to have the most realistic panel, I fly a retract, constant speed prop, but can’t seem to find a realistic air craft, I have been looking at the A33 Beechcraft by carenado. But still need the AM instruments to fill my quest. Really like what you are doing taking everything to another level, maybe they will have a surprise for us with 4.0. Not interested in hardware.

I would be interested in the 2 panel version. I’m running two 15.6 touch screens and a Knobster. Currently using the beta 4.0 of Air Manager.
