I bought these twice at finish line and both "new" pair of shoes squeaked way too loud. 30 minutes after putting them on and walking around, it sounded like I had the walking farts. I gave up on buying shoes for a while, I feel like I went back to the 90's to purchase bubble shoes with these. How can alleged brand new pair of shoes squeak after only wearing them for 1 hour, more than one time? Has to be a quality control issue or Finish Line is gaming the system, wearing shoes and cycling out the bad ones hoping nobody notices. I'm an audio engineer, I noticed.

It’s a Nike issue and I thought I was the only one having it. The last 4 pairs I’ve bought with exposed bubble cushioning am have squeaked for no reason. Especially if you heal strike when you walk (which is an excellent walking posture). Nike seems to be encouraging being flat footed with their shoes of the last 4 years or so.

​I thought I was the only one too, I looked up Nike Pulse Air Roam online and I see nothing about ongoing issues with squeaks, just a lot of older posts about squeaks with air max in general. These are expensive shoes to sound like they do. I've even talked to others who never noticed it. Are we heal stompers and Nike shoes need to be "broken in" like subwoofers?
