Air Mouse doesn't work

Same here. The red light comes on while on the charger but will never charge. I can leave it on for an hour and it still acts like it is charging and if you take it off the charge and try to use it there are no lights at all and the keyboard air mouse does nothing.

@@nicoletaaaa1458 They did send me a somewhat working one only it randomly disconnects and has a hard time reconnecting. They did let me keep the broken one. Thoughtful. Lol

@@nicoletaaaa1458 Possibly if you replace the battery. Don't count on them repairing it. I still need to check if the newest one that they sent me works on a laptop. It ay be more compatible with it that an android. It may be the phone rececting it I guess. I am not sure yet though. I will give you an update on that once I have a chance to check. I can say thus far that it does not work for most things in Android. Possibly Apple is compatible. I need to check that out as well.

TIP: Press & hold the OK button and click the +Volume button several times for a faster cursor speed. Use the -Volume button to slow it down.

المشكلة تحصل عندما تكون هناك كهرباء ساكنه داخل بطاريه الريموت والحل هو ان نفتح الريموت ثم نجلب محول او شاحن مقطوع السلك من جهة ذكر الشاحن... ثم نضع المحول بالكهرباء و نضع القطبين السالب والموجب من اسلاك المحول على نقاط لحام البطاريه لمدة 3 ثواني... ستعود دائرة البطاريه للعمل وتخرج الكهرباء الساكنه و سوف يعود الريموت للعمل وسوف يعود الضوء ايظا للعمل

شكرا لك. انا افرغت البطارية باستعمال محرك العاب و اعدت شحنها فاشتغل الريموت من جديد.

The power button in this remote also works in all tv The power button in this remote is not for settop box U can pair power button of this remote with your tv ir remote Press and hold the power button on this air mouse remote till the light blinks and then the light stays on stady then keep your tv' ir remote in front of air mouse remove both remotes facing each other then press power button on the tv ir remote for 4 to 5 times And then u can use air mouse remote to on or off your tv. The back/home button of this remote also works If you press and hold the back/home button it will open all apps If you turn on the mouse on the remote then the back/home button will function as back button And if you turn off mouse on the air mouse remote then the back/home button will function as home button This remote is amazing please make a new video of this remote full functions so that everyone can learn and know this please

Hola mi control parpadea la lucesita roja no funciona el mause aparece solo la flechita de mause en la tv pero no rota el control solo tiene funcion normal pero quiero usarlo como un mause por las aplicaciones.. me puedes ayudar amigo porfavor

Id be careful with this model my hattery swelled within months also the rotate effect on mine was very bad it would cut in and out everytime i moved i t trying to use the mouse it would act as if id turned it over for keyboard even on calibration

you should connect it to the usb receiver if I correctly remember connect USB and long push power + ok if not - read the manual
