Air Shock Replacement Mercedes Benz S Class 1998-2005

i replaced my w221 right front strut. I damaged it by going into a ditch by almost missing my exit. I bought a rebuilt OEM shock from Rebuild Master Tech. It rides great. been almost a week. New struts are over $600. Dealera wanted $1650 to replace it. I did it with floor jacks & jack stands. The part cost me $275. The tools cost me $150. took 3 weekends, needed a buddys help to finally put it all back together. the bottom ball joint would not come out....my buddy used both hands & a sledge hammer to pop it out finally.
