Definition of insanity: doing the same thing more than once and expecting the same results. "Hey skippy, maybe if you back up and approach the exact LZ the second time, from the same (bad approach angle), the LZ itself could 'change' and give you the 'warm-and-fuzzy's' you need to make sure you don't put your TR into the water and ruin everyone's day here...OK, try it again for the third time. PERFECT example of one of the reasons the helicopter EMS industry is fraught with avoidable accidents.
