+wolvesone Damn straight. I'm an EMT and a lot of times we get less from dispatch (often caused by worried or dumb callers, of course). Age, gender, symptoms (even in order of severity) and best guess at possible diagnosis - all in a short and concise manner. It's in situations like these, you can see, that airline pilots are trained to handle the unexpected and understand emergency communication on an instinctual level.

the FO is just as trained and qualified as the captain, plus in the airlines with multi crew, they have pilot monitoring and pilot flying, it can be either 2 of the pilots, so the captain sometimes does the radios and other stuff while the FO flies

Its a 777-300ER no need for another pilot plus the flight is about 7hrs. 3 pilots are needed when the flight is 9hrs or more.

Only 737-NG models have that feature. The reason is because of space in the 737 cockpit. There just isnt any free space for a tiller on the FO’s side.

"Clammy" = "shit one's self" in Britspeak. Also "feeling under the weather" = "vomiting brown bile with worms and strange toadstools with legs that are attacking the flight crew". All in all, a normal if not slightly eyebrow-raising hangover in the UK. A few hours sleep plus a stiff upper-lip and this crew will keep calm and carry on.
