Overall it seems pretty solid. Personally I'd probably swap out the camera for the runcam ant lite and solder up some 32500kv motors

I know there are lots of guides for this but I live in a pretty windy area and the tiny whoop I tried just got blown around. Im thinking of spending 300 on a beginner setup if you had to buy 300 of gear is there any that are slightly bigger/heavier you could recommend but still on the smaller size? Ive seen most people recommend the same radio and headset for the most part in that price range but the drone itself varies greatly. Everyone usually recommends a tiny drone like this (likely because of the suitability) My house is too small and its just too windy for a beginner in my area. EDIT: for the record range and exploration is more of my interest than just whipping it around. I'd probably enjoy that too if I ever get good enough :)

I recommend a CetusX kit. The higher 2S power should help with the windows conditions, and still has prop guards. You can get the Hd version of the kit for longer range too if you’de like, it’s just a little more expensive. If you don’t want a kit and are looking for long range exploration anything with a DJI unit in it will get you really far but it gets expensive fast. My last recommendation is to buy a Flywoo Fr16 or sub250 nanofly20 as they are pretty long range for how small they are. You’d have to get goggles and a controller regardless, but it can get expensive fast.

@@HeyMoreFPVhonestly it’s a great review, maybe could look into adjusting the volume via what is showing etc, like in transitions or flight volume up a bit, but when speaking it dims down to hear that lovely angelic voice of yours 😂🫶
