That was phenomenal! Although its does have some flaws. Allow me explain my analysis. It first part opens up quite mellow slowly increasing in volume giving the feeling of a steady incline which is very pleasant. However I'm sure you're aware of the highlight of the piece which is infact the high note, which felt so heavenly. Now this is where I feel in my opinion where it starts to feel a little rushed such as @3:42. Now at the end of that line theres usually a 3 second pause. Your vocal tempo seems to be rushing whereas the instrumental is on tempo. Im not sure many people noticed but the next line which in japanese is "azaya kana mama"(my favourite part). The delivery of that line is usually ascending in volume yet yours feels a little flat, which could be the creators view and changed intentionally I'm not too sure. Overall I am happy I stumbled upon this cover, I've listened to many over the years and it's always fun seeing new ways its molded in to place.

The lyrics in the bridge indeed had some extra syllables put in - I thought I could squeeze them in to try and make the English flow a bit better, but I ended up not executing it very well lol As for what came next, I'm chalking it up to my lack of practice 😅 This was recorded in one take at 7 in the morning so looking back, I completely understand where you're coming from.
