Company that focus on quantity over quality. I rather stay in hotel than taking any chances with abnb. Price wise they are not that competitive anyway compare to hotel because most individuals can’t compete with hotel that run on economy at scale.

I used to rent airbnb and not any more after 3 out of 5 bad experiences. I still prefer hotel with standard and quality and peace of mind.

Did a 45 day trip with only 2 days at an Airbnb. Airbnb has very high fees, cleaning costs are super high. I am a pass on staying at airbnb

Airbnb’s business model are having problems. They don’t listen to customers complaint and protect landlord. How can they expend their business if they do that. Time will prove my point. If there are better business model out there, I am sure they will have good position to compete with Airbnb.

“Icons” is a joke. Reminds me of the Nickelodeon hotel. Who wants to sleep in a dirty museum? Luxury market has def left AirBnB- now it’s just becoming a commodity in down market accommodations competing with hotel6.

Airbnb night= €80 Cleaning fee= €50 Insurance fee= €80 Using toilet fee= €400 Late check in fee= €100 Late checkout 11:01am fee= €100 Total = €810 Get a hotel it’s cheaper, safer, and more sustainable and less destructive to the local community
