It was great to stay at your place! But you are right, as foreigners you will first look at the City for Airbnb. Nevertheless, being a little bit more in the local area has its benefits. I‘m looking forward for your video how to purchase property under 1Mil for foreigners. I only know from Sunway but their lowest was 900k (from 1Mil). Keep it up!
把三个房间以长租形式分开出租,找一个清洁公司去每个星期去清洁公共区域。大房每个月2000,中房1500,小房1000。你自己想想,要不要包括水费,网络费,电费找人分开电表。这个就是co living 形式。不是劏房,dbkl 不会来找你麻烦。吉隆坡最大优势的住宿是靠地铁,轻快铁,看风景是其次,便利是第一。Parc3 算离得远了。

@@Erealxiaocaozaidama 我之前是租在吉隆坡市中心KLCC 两公里范围不靠近地铁(1公里外),就是这个价钱算最便宜(还有更高价的)但是免押金/一个月押金如果签长期合约租金会低一点短期6个月租金比较高,包水电费网路费。不然租金便宜的我一次给3个月押金绑一年不也一样。重点是找人清理公共区域和共用的厕所,学生和上班族吃这套,因为省事。凡事有利弊,你可以多看看现在co living 这块,反正房子是已经装好了。一套租出去一定是更低价,看看I property 和property guru就可以知道现在租屋的趋势和价钱。
