Some unique concepts and designs contained within one property does have marketing prowess......BUT boy O boy the build price isn’t optimized due to it being one off builds. Which is why it’s a very high build cost. Returns are high, and they need to be, hopefully it’s sustainable. Good luck guys, you deserve your success.
