Yeah, It looked like the girl was holding onto the wall and when he nudged her to go her hand slipped and she lost balance causing her to fall down the stairs. I mean he was still being an asshole because they were leaving and he should've never touched her in the first place.

he was def shoving her downward.. however I agree with Noah and Jim.. watch the vid again you see his right arm extend, but she does not just go flying off in the same single motion. She takes another half a second to trip ( not her fault ) then falls off. if you literally push someone off with a lot of force their body will move with your hands and then keep going.. again he extends and she doesn't even tilt over. you can tell she fumbles/ trips and goes down. still His fault completely.

I have mixed feelings about this.. cause as Noah mentioned. The guy didnt seem like he was trying to push her down the stairs. Cause when i saw the clip the first time i was getting annoyed at the women keep on saying "why are you getting so emotional" and not only that the lady tried to stay her ground and resist him pushing her. And he added an extra push that made her fall off balance and down the stairs. It don't matter if it's intentional or not, the point is simple: A grown married man with no shame of pushing other like their objects you have full control, especially a stranger you have no connection. If something is wrong, we have cops for a reason but this guy did not even bother calling the right people but rather take things with his own hands. Joe is probably correct that he hits his wife. If your frustration can manifest into physical action freely into strangers, that would magnify to your love ones. There is less limitation to a family in comparison to a stranger since emotion and bond is present. A connection creates white lies and the law does not apply.

Bart is totally right on this one, he was forcing her down the stairs, but she resisted and tried to grab onto the wall. Then she lost her grip on the wall and the excess force he was using to get her down the stairs all got released. Resulting in that (beautifully smooth) slide down the stairs. This whole situation could have been avoided though. if she had just left on time. I totally get the man's frustration, but the way he went about it was all wrong. The woman who fell and the man who put his hands on her are both idiots in my opinion. They both contributed to the outcome of the situation. (Note: I do not condone his violence nor am I implying she deserved it because she checked out late, made a wine stain and had more people in the apartment then agreed upon. I have been with this story since it happened so any questions you want to ask are welcome.)
