Great video Todd, thanks for sharing. I'm in the process in purchasing a home in the Eufaula lake area too. Knowing that summer time will be peak season, roughly what occupancy rate have you see in the fall/winter ?

Hi Salvador! Thanks for commenting. So I'm am new this year myself so I have not gone through a whole year yet. My property only went live after July 4th. It has been fairly steady with only a drop off in bookings after Thanksgiving. Pretty normal it seems. I am looking at ways to increase bookings for this early spring.
