Banbury is great !! And the surrounding villages & sights of Oxfordshire are amazing- so many lovely places to visit. I Lived there for decades but I am now a Northamptonshire lass (30 years plus ) which is also just as good, you just need to take the time to find the best places. This has inspired me to go for Airbnb.👍

How do you feel about someone having keys to your house? It is standard in rentals to rekey for a new tenant but since it can't be done.... Thoughts? How do you handle that?

I don't AirBnB, but if I did I would use locks with a key code that can be changed at any time. Also I'd put similar locks on all the bedrooms.

Hi, Do you need to be a registered company to rent your spare room on airbnb in the UK when you information the landlord you will be renting a room in your apartment as company?

You don't need to set up a company to rent a spare room in your house. Do be careful about sub-letting though especially if you're renting your property - make sure you let your landlord know and that they're okay with it otherwise you may be in breach of your tenancy agreement.
