Well made video. Nicely run through. Just check the wind direction arrow. The wind comes from 090°, and doesn't blow in the direction of 090°. Could confuse someone when explaining later that he took off on 12 and then later seeing the flight path. Could make one think he took off downwind. Keep it up!

I did my multi-engine rating on a PA34, such a lovely aircraft to fly. Regarding EFATO I was taught to Maintain directional Control, Pitch for Blue Line speed, Mixtures Throttles Props Full fwd, Confirm Gear Up Flaps Up, Identify , Verify , Feather the Dead Engine , Select a field ahead of the wings, Land ahead & Notify ATC. As you rightly identified, attempting to turn back to the field that low was not the best decision. Not apportioning blame on anyone, trying to learn from the event.
