I have always questioned what plane that is. Is it a lost ATR from the fleet?

That looks nothing like an ATR 💀. I’m not sure exactly what plane it is but it used to belong to the airline, “Air Caribbean” which is no longer in service. It is now used as an aircraft to practise fire drills.
