Im really struggling with my Resmed AC11 BiPap, when it’s working, it’s great and the treatment is working, takes me from a 31 down to 3 to 5 per hour, but almost every night once I’m starting to fall asleep it feels like I’m being suffocated and this must all still happen in my sleep because i keep taking the mask off, so I’m not meeting my compliance with the insurance and I’m incredibly frustrated. I’ve tried all kinds of different different pressure settings as well as the ramp time off or different times, Tube temperature, humidity etc, I can’t get up because I absolutely have to have this, but man it’s a struggle

Have you been back to the Dr to look over the results together yet? Hopefully your Dr can tweak some things.

@@CPAPmyway ⁠3 times so far, I still have this issue where right as im about to start falling asleep. I feel like I’m suffocating, It’s like the machine cannot react fast enough to my breathing and I’m sure that there’s other things that are not quite right as well, i Don’t know what to do, I guess I’ll ask them on my next appointment

How can I put the airsens11 to sleep during the day

It should do that on its own when you turn it off in the morning.

@@CPAPmyway ....if you have auto start on ...window open sometimes wind will smart start ...;-)

You don’t have to factory reset to get the tiMin to 0.3. Press 0 then you can press the decimal to get to .3. It’s a weird step, but easy to change.

I have the heated hose. I set the temp to 30 deg. C. Humidity set to 6. At night it form water in the hose and it comes to my nose. I drop the humidity setting to 5 it does form condensation but the air is too dry and make me cough. I feel the hose is warm when first start but later at night is cold. I replace the hose and the same. I had S9 and i used to set humidity maximum with heated hose and it never form condensation. Why, the S11 is doing this?

You might want to max out the tube temp instead of turning the humidity down. Worth a try.

@@CPAPmyway I did set up the hose temp. to maximum and still water drip from the hose. So I tried to return to machine but I was told NO RETURN. I stuck with the bad machine and I am using my old S10 now which is much better.
