I got this machine as my first APAP recently so my review is with grain of salt in term of device I like everything about how easy it's. very simple to use, no noise problem... my only two problems that it doesn't support OSCAR so you kinda nead to get OSCAR alternative from the internet ass so you got no support as you are only 10 people use that app my second problem is the heated tube. that thing is ass I am considering paying new tube the tube is always tense so you feel it in your head. you now spring tense? similar idea

In training group session found the heated tube triggered reactive air way. Same chemical used as in some perfumes is used in rubber/plastics to make more plyable. Phthalates are a group of chemicals that are used to make plastics more flexible and durable. Recommend try it before you keep the heated tube triggered. Make some parts (temperature control) of CPAP settings useless.

What if I sleep better with no water?

I’ve used it down under, still deciding if I like it yet. Tried the small and medium don’t really like the straps seem to slip around on my head being female. Went well for half a night was quiet but felt the exhalation ports at times which I find annoying. Happy New Year.

Thanks for the demo, this is very helpful. Do you put in your cloth headgear along with your mask? That was the one thing I was not sure about.

I ordered the airtouch n30i. Can't wait to use it. Currently using the airfit P10, which feels uncomfortable on the nostrils and cheeks. Plus, the p10 tube sometimes ends up tugging on the nasal piece, causing it to leak.

Hi, i can't get the hose out of the back of the machine. What in the heck am I doing wrong?

Do you know what humidity/ tube temp setting would provide maximum humidity without causing rainout? I live in a very dry climate and the auto humidity setting is not enough humidity for me but when I try and use manual setting. I get rain out during my sleep or whistling, hissing begins which wakes me up?

The Ramp function does not change when selected so do I need to contact the DME supplier to get it unlocked or adjusted?

Warning for folks coming from the Resmed AirFit P10. The headgear on the Micro runs a bit small as does the nasal pillows. A medium on the P10 = large on the Micro.

Great side view of how the mask & headgear should fix. With me, the back strap hits close to my neck where it looks like it needs to go higher - at ear level. (With it near my neck, the mask loosens & tightens as I look up & down. This causes leaks.) I have a standard & need a small.

I was hoping to see where the headgear hits the back of your head. I have a standard headgear and it hits near my neck. If I move my head up or down, the mask tightens or loosens which causes leaks. When I'm due for the next one, I want to try a small. Not sure how it compares to the standard size. (I ended up cutting the headgear and altering it so it fits. I'm hoping I don't need to do this with the small.)

hello dear @cpapyway. I am having trouble with F30i mask because it phisically pressure on sides of my mouth. Do you think f40 might be better in this term?

thanks for a very clear video. When I tried to remove the filter cover, it would not budge, then after pushing hard on it, it came off but I noticed the plastic was cracked. It's brand new, I will call the company in the morning, but do you think this is a defect of the design, or a problem with my unit? I think yours broke too.

My Z2 has started to not blow air even when it is turned on with the controls visible. In other words, it is turned on but no air is coming through. Sometime it does this, and other times it works fine. Any idea what is wrong and how to fix it? I haven’t been able to find anything about this problem in the owners manual or through a Google search. Any assistance would be appreciated. I love this device but cannot rely on it.

I found out i have sleep apnea from the sleep doctor, my appointment is far and long so I couldn’t wait. My cousin let me borrow his but i’m concern if its safe to use it since he too have the problem but i’m hoping it’s safe.

You feel nothing on exhalation because most of the air goes into a re-breathing cycle. This troubles me. The carbon dioxide levels will remain high in the tubes. While this does tend to stimulate the CNS respiratory centers (important for users with CNA) this will also cause some degree of acidosis, which is not good. I do not understand why the diffuser is not much more porous, for which the pumps would need to work just a tad harder, but that should not be a problem. I any case, I am using the ResMed N30i, and have found it necessary to drill open the holes in the diffuser: Not a lot, but just enough so that you can feel the exhalation. It works much better for me this way. I have another problem with the N30i the ease with with which it moves when I turn from right to left side or back again. I keep waking up with the device in a position that is blocking my breathing. It must be uncomfortably tight to stay in place all night.

Assured you know you do a brilliant. job. 1. Keep it simple is one marker of brilliance. 2. you go one step further (2X) by repeating. Repetition is especially helpful when auditory. audience 3. Your use if detailed explanation and repetition of stages while showing /using the mask is carefully synchronized in a slow, conversational manner. summary at end is superb! Intro to this presentation is textbook brilliant. I taught public speaking over 35 years so appreciative of your skills for every new user!!

do you know why they do not make the dream station 2 anymore ? also what other cpap machines are available to use ? I now use the dream station 2 , I am very happy with it ,not very sure about the air sense 11, my wife tried it and had nothing but trouble with it, thank you

I have the air fit N30i with a Pillow as well and while sitting on the edge of the bed. It is silent. But the moment i lay on my side. I can hear a lot of air rushing through that hollow frame. My top apap pressure runs about 10.5cm.
