Man sieht im ganzen Video jedoch nicht wo das Laeuferspiel (Spaltmass) eingestellt wird. Ohne das richtige Spiel wird sich der Verdichter bei Erwärmung ( Lastlauf) zerstören.

Starting from 1:42 I recommend to use bearing fitting tools for careful mounting eg. simatec ft33, unless you want to damage the bearing (the most common bearing issues are caused by improper mounting)

Michał Kraus thanks for sharing . I’m using the stick is full copper stick, not metal stick. I choose the Cooper because can protect the bearing surface when install . I know this is not the probability tools. Thanks for your reply I will improve the tools when doing the airend

Why heating bearings and gears when assembling and at what temperature? what is the name of heating equipment? please pardon me for asking

when need to remove used old bearing must heat the metal . If you no heat the metal too difficult to remove. Puller special tools also can remove the gear and bearing , but will spoil the metal shaft surface. install a new bearing also need to heat the bearing , because you heat the bearing the bearing hole will increase the size. after install the bearing cooling down will going back the original size. Heat will increase the size . Cool will decrease the size. different size bearing different timing and tempeture.

I can be considered in the 25μm to 50μm High Pressure discharge clearance, to 100μm to 150μm, low pressure suction clearance for AIRREND ELGI, please tell me about these clearance. I have a problem with a compressor because it was necessary to change the bearings because these don't work and the screws suffered many scratches. You put too much high temp silicon gasket, I suggest to use loctite 518

It's not a good reparation.. You sould use paper gasket with the according thickness to maintain the compresion chamber measure, if you use joint paste you are changing the total length and will be problems.. Take care
