Just got mine, I had 200 Hornby points ,so £28 for mine,kit is worth £24, I've ordered a few bits off airfix as well and saved £5,so for me it's a no brainer, money well spent!

I think this might be the year I sign up, I really like the look of some of the new releases for the year and prefer the look of the Meteor to the Hawks from last year. £30 seems reasonable to me.

So it looks like other than the kit the contents are the same as last year? The exclusive kit is always a nice touch but it would be good if they could vary the other contents a bit or offer an alternative for repeat subscribers. Only so many stickers, pin badges and identical posters you can have!

It looks like a nice club pack but i was never a fan of the Meteor...dont get me wrong as i do understand its place in history but it never did anything for me and living in Ireland im NOT eligible for full memebership of the club,only avaliable to have it online /digital so im NOT siging up to join.

@@MOS6510Models i get that Mos but lets be honest...i really dont think its a cost of money...Airfix isnt exactly short of a few quid...at this stage they must have quite a few quid sitting in their corporate bank account....while i know its NOT the same and its aimed at 2 completley different aspects of the "collector" scene /market the toy company Hasbro has approxmitaley $12 billion usd in its bank account....

It`s been years since I was last a member exclusive club kits are great, I still have a set of decals from the Supermarine Spitfire build.I think when I send the club tokens in I will send them by recorded delivery that way they can`t go missing in the post.
