I'm actually susprised at how well this looks unpainted, of course it doesn't matched a painted model but it's not bad at all. I'm thinking I'll probably build it without painting but leave enough stuff not glued together if I ever decide to paint it. That's mostly because I'm a bit of a beginner when it comes to painting. But it sure looks like it'll be a fun build. Great job!

It looks like its inspired by the mammoth tank with extra blades and plows added to the front. The mammoth had a more angular hull, and smaller main guns than the apocalypse. Great model either way, if that thing could be made fully RC so it could move, and its turret could turn, that would be a epic model.

Its the Apocalypse Tank though from the Red Alert series, the Apocalypse in the RA timeline replaced the Old Soviet Mammoths, in the Tiberium Timeline the Mammoth somehow stuck around.

If only it was around during the hey days of Red Alert or Tamiya car model, I would probably break my penny bank buying it. Also, the music sound like its for Allied. Cheers!

It reminds me of my AE Phase 1 that I have in World of Tanks, and that's a US 4 tracked heavy.

It looks as if it is molded by Tacom. The sprue"s are marked ( Letters ) as Tacom as well as the same artist ( Jason ) ! Most kits are molded by one company in china and boxed under different company names. It has to do with the countries political policies.

Seems to be a perfected heavy tank which was the pre or original mammoth tank. I suspect the red alert mammoth was meant to be renamed and re voxeled I to the heavy tank or apocalypse mammoth tusk Soviet heavy tank. Either way it’s a perfected modern design play on the super heavy tanks eg is3 n objekt concept tanks. Ps dual tracks - ability to maintain mobility if de tracked. Which is most vulnerable area on any tank. No need for side skirts coz central amour is more than enough to deflect any round. Dual cannons - this seems still until you think slightly futuristic and think of advanced active Defense systems that are just in their infancy and bout to be incorporated gen1 into western upgraded mbts. With 2 cannons always have a live follow up or secondary priority target instantly also use to defeat these new systems rhat will be able To stop multiple warhead and multi warheads simultaneously when they become a commonplace. Dual rockets obviously for more storage and barrage / multi missile engangements also to overcome countermeasures. Makes sense. If Russia had these design for real working I think they’d have taken Ukraine initially put it that way.

Idk if you've played red alert 2, but these things are pretty menacing. It has surface to air missiles to keep aircrafts at bay which I found out when I sent a rocketeer to attack it. The only draw back is that it's kinda slow.

Soviet power supreme. You gotta have to custom it a bit here and there to make it look more accurate. I think there's plenty of official art by Westwood that will help.
