@@Minienz89 Why sad? I mean, sure the "take nothing seriously so failure isn't an option"- approach is appealing sometimes. At least for entertainments sake, but it doesn't last, since you quickly get the feeling that you miss most of what the game offers (at least I do). For example: for some people, gameplay is everything and they don't care about anything else in the game, some people dig into the lore of games, some people just play for the social aspects of games. For me, any of those alone wouldn't make a great experience. Sometimes I wanna try-hard, sometimes I just wanna fuck around with friends and a good game has to offer these opportunities, imo. I never played Flight Sim, I landed here because I watched some other aviation videos, but it looks like the game can actually be played in multiple ways. Which is a big plus for the game, since most other Sims are (to my knowledge) just solo experiences. Which is fine too, I guess. Sharing an experience with others, or at least having the option to do so, is usually the better approach though. So again, what's sad about it?

It does happen, albeit very rarely. You don't wanna haze a pilot who's flying, because that pressure can cause them to make bad decisions, however I've seen a video where a pilot on the ground accidentally broadcast his little spiel meant for the passengers onto the radio instead. After a brief pause, ATC asked "Are you just gonna let him get away with that?" and the other pilots on the frequency tore into him. Was pretty funny.
