@@kaiusernameisbetter2522 the average runway length is 6000 feet, San Diego's is 9401 feet long. Most airports have only 1 active runway. Traffic in any airport can easily be moderated, and San Diego is not high up there in busiest airports. Tall buildings very well meet height restrictions and aren't that much of an obstruction because downtown is further from the airport and the skyscrapers are pretty cleared out around the near outsides of the airport.
