Brandon Deets well.. the truth is that its just a bad codex. CSGO(2012) and DOTA 2(2013) both use the Source Engine, and the most recent one (DOTA 2) has horrible voice chat, while the older one has the best voice chat. DOTA 2 uses Source 2 btw. the game is 2006 btw
