I don't mean to be rude but i can get much better groups at 50 yards with my air arms tx200.177 springer and even better with my weihrauch hw100t in .177 both in the uk sub 12 ft pounds.

I agree with you.. same with the Epoch and the American air aims .. both at $2500+ I simply can't see the worth of my money .. for pellet shooting is simply a joke.

@Undeadaeon yup .. but at $2,600+ at 100y should be..1 moa no excuses, wherever the person are using pellets at the speed needed or bullets at 180fpe .. I think that the evolution to that 1moa will be done sometime with the continuing development of better slugs..

Mines super dangerous. It's brand new but gets stuck on full auto. I don't even touch the trigger but as soon as I move the selector switch to full it starts shooting full auto and won't stop unless you move the selector switch back to safe. Never even touch the trigger and it fires. Very unsafe. Airguns are not quite there yet save your money for a real gun which will work every time

@@ActionAdventureTwins - yeah.. if you didn't get the gun new, then it's hard to say if the gun has an issue or if there's something from the previous owner. If that was a systemic issue, then they would be out of business already. You may be able to reach out to Airguns of Arizona and setup a repair order. Cheers AGW

WORK ON YOUR TRIGGER PULL . Squeeze the trigger until you are surprised the gun shot. It looks like you are jerking the trigger and shooting all over .

Neal Tresslers 145 grain fireball slugs are the best I’ve found for my rattler , I’ve tried many different.357 and nothing touches them .

The .30 is automatic

@@Chris-uo3rj the difference is. The 30 cal is 180fpe full auto matic/semi, while the .357 is 260fpe in semi auto.

Wow is that thing quiet. Kind of a fidgety procedure getting it loaded and ready and so far from what I'm seeing, a lot of experimenting to get it shooting sub moa. Once you accomplish that, I'd revisit slugs. Great review, love the look and the db's. Thanks for this one Rick!

In the backyard after I'm done with my FX M3 Impact .25 I switch over to the Rattler and there is a good sounding crack when on the higher settings. I love my Rattler though. @@AirGunWeb

Picked up an LCS SK19 w/fx barrel and the combination of it's horrible trigger and terrible grouping was unacceptably bad. Took a $400 loss to send it back after they sent parts trying to fix it. Horrible guns...

LCS is no longer the original LCS. So it will be very different from the earliest SK19. Western airgun. That's my product.

I wish all reviewers, not just the ones on this channel, would give these guns a proper tuning before you roll video. We need to see them after you've vetted them with 10 different types of ammo at a variety of reg pressures and hammer spring tensions. Thanks

I don't have the Rattler but do have the LCS SK-19 in .25 cal and it has been a rock solid performer out past 100 yard with FX 34 grain pellets. So easy to tune and extremely reliable. This gun never needs to be re-zeroed like 1 or 2 other PCPs I have had in the past. If the Rattler is close to the same platform then it will also be a really good gun to purchase. Some people will question or even complain about loading the magazine but really it doesn't take me more than 30 seconds to load 19 rounds in it. A new model I saw has a removable magazine but I have no plans on getting one. This system just works to well. If it isn't broke don't fix it kind of thing for me.

44.75 can run stable at 900 fps all day. At least hades did ok. Crazy a gun that doesn’t like regular jsb

I'd really like to see the power of the .30. Wishing Rick would've sent some NSA 47's, 49's, 54's, 61's, and 65's. Bring that reg up to 180, and test it! That barrel needs longer heavier slugs to perform. It likes power! My .357, is an air hog for sure. But man it does everything I need. I'd like to buy a Rattler .30... Just waiting to see some numbers.

I have opened the breach on my Sam Yang big bore .45 cal And put a airBolt down the barrel and forgot to shut the breach that was devastating on my ears To say the least

Can you up the reg to 200bar?

You really don't need to and will only waste air. The reg should be set at 140-150 Bar max. Really no need to go beyond that honestly. This platform generates incredible power effortlessly. Remember it is hammerless and this system from my personal experience makes crazy power easily. There are 150 clicks on the power wheel and mine is only at click 32 and I'm shooting 905 fps. That means I still have 118 clicks more to turn up the power.
