Fantastic product, I've been looking for something like this! It would be awesome if it had a pre-filter condensation baffle / trap to assist with keeping indoor humidity levels down when boiling pasta or soup. dfinately keeping an eye on this!

Hi there, the AirHood features dual filtration technology - consisting of a 3-layer mesh stainless steel oil filter and activated charcoal filter. The oil filter is dishwasher-friendly and does not need replacing, while the activated charcoal filter can be replaced at around 100 hours of cooking use. Hope this helps!

I do wish I had seen this video before attempting my first use of this product. The packaging does not include full instructions. The "Quick Start Guide" doesn't include photos showing how to insert the charcoal filter. I guessed incorrectly and managed to break the filter frame. Unit has been unused and there is no address for requesting replacement parts.

I don't know about your country, but where I live the seller/ distributor whom you bought it from is in charge and by law has to assist you with such issues during the statutory warranty period. It is unfortunate that it broke during assembly, so you are probably dependant on their good will, but most of them don't want negative reviews so will usually try to come up with some sort of solution.

At 0:08, why would you use an obviously reversed playback clip to showcase your product? Why not use actual footage of the product in action instead? I would even be fine with a video played at normal speed and then sped up a little like a time-lapse at some point. But what you did here, it's a bit disingenuous, to be frank. It's as if you don't trust your product to work, so you have to resort to trickery? Bad decision imo. Maybe you thought you could wow the less savvy members of the audience, who won't notice the visual effect? Not very honest though. Makes you wonder if this is a lemon.
