What horse seems to be talking about is Gehenna, which is the vampire prophecy of the end of times, is which all antediluvians come back as well as Caine to judge all vampires... Do keep in mind, the one time an antediluvian woke up the vampires of that particular clan all went into a frenzy and vampires had to work together with mages to set up a satellite laser to put him down... Each antediluvian is a one person apocalypse, and vampires predict all of them waking up at once

Gehenna in general is just one of the many. To vampires it could come by antediluvian awakening. Even nukes cannot stop them. You said about laser but techocrats also nuked an entire freaking city and he didn't die! It weakened him untill the sun came out and finished the job. To werewolves I believe wyrm just absorb the world. And to qie jin(Asian vamps) tremeres bring the end by making deal with literally Asian hell king and manage to summon him in mortal realm.

"wearing the skin" is a turn of phrase.. because remember to be a vampire you have to die first.. and what rises after that is NOT the same person as he was before. It's also why Kevin absolutely LOATHES his past self and always referst to said past self as another person. Basically they look the same but arent the same person as before.. no actual skinning! Also more important at the end: horse wasn't just being polite.. he acknowledged Boy as family. He might GENUINELY be his uncle, somehow.

Kevin most absolutely does not "LOATHE" his past self, he's clinging to his past existence (the appartment, the cat, him going back to calling himself Kevin) as much as he can. This idea that vampires are just wearing the corpse of a dead person and aren't truly them sounds like something D came up with to help Kitten deal with having killed a bloke he used to think was nice (and maybe even fancied at the time).

All things considered, Boy is probably a nascent Vision Hunter, hence the title of the series and why Horse calls him 'Oracle'. One of the ways the Messengers communicate with Hunters is by forcing them to see things, like pictures in their morning coffee or drastically rearranging the letters on their newspaper in real-time to form new words and phrases. It's usually only noticeable by the individual Hunter, although another Hunter might get a different message from the same source. Boy saw paintings, but he could only make full sense of them after getting drunk. This explains why Boy saw the paintings but the others, including D, did not; they literally could not see them.

bit of a stretch really. Usually hunters receive messages from the messenger that are CRYSTAL CLEAR to them. Hints of surnaturral creature will be reveal to them while the creature remain unaware that their veil of secrety have been breached. Either a vision ontop the thing or words floating near the thing... Boy just noticing that the paperpaint in the room is in fact horse's blood can really constitute an awakening. Also the messengers dont usually choose human that had previous experience or knowledge with any WOD creatures. They choose normal people with a blank slate and a mind that hadnt been colored by any influence yet. Case where... say an inquisitor, normal vampire hunters, ex-ghoul being awakened are unheard of or inexistant case. Not rare or unusual, but never done before because that could grant an entrypoint to others races to get insight into hunters.

@@oliviernaud4373 White Wolf's official policy is that you must be entirely human with no other outstanding supernatural taint to become Imbued, because the Imbued are kind of busted and trying to splice in Ghoul, Garou, or Mummies would be too much work to balance. And the trigger for an Imbued's awakening is usually an encounter with the supernatural, and generally a life or death one, but the chances are still low. Repeated exposure to the supernatural CAN cause an awakening, but it's never a guarantee, and some more knowledgeable Hunters will foster environments where others can be exposed to the supernatural and potentially become Imbued as well. Of course this is still more up to the storyteller and their players, but the concept is loose enough for it to work at any table. Further, the Messengers rarely speak plainly, and their visions in particular can be more esoteric; one Hunter might see a disguised vampire suddenly grow cartoonishly large fangs and other exaggerated vampiric features, while another might see a rotten corpse or an anthropomorphic blood-sucking creature like a tick or leech. Again, it's up to the table. Also, considering the history of substance abuse in D's family, it's more than likely that Alfabusa is using drugs and alcohol as the mental trigger for D's sight and Boy's as well. The key here is that Boy doesn't understand what he's seeing, but he's still seeing things that others aren't, and drinking absinthe made the vision clearer.

I dunno, it didnt seem like there was any lapsus in his memories where his mind went blank and after that he remember just standing in a pool of his enemies blood with limbs scaterred in a rather large radius. Usually the first (unsheduled) transformation doesnt result in having a powerboost just big enough to keep the edge over his enemies. Nah nah nah: full warform in all of its glory, enemies torn apart like they were wet paper and immediate surrounding far more heavely damaged than in memory. Here it just look like they struggled for a bit, he landded a lucky hit and the thing died from environement hazard.

The smallest unit we have to work with. Also generally by Game Mechanics a Bastet is going to make that die up by hitting with more of their attack roll because they generally have more dex dice outside of Homid.

I said this on the original video, but I thought I might repeat it here. It was mentioned in other comments, but I wanted to condense the breadth of the theory in one thought after listening to this audio log a few times over. I believe that Boy is a Mage, albeit one not yet "Awakening" to the reality of his powers. At least, he was Unawakened until now. There are a few pieces of evidence I want to put forwards, as well as some lore justifications on where they (Bruva, Speaker-D, and their team) are going with this idea. 1. To access their powers, Mages must first experience an "Awakening", as it is called. While all humans are "Sleepers" - having the innate potential to become Mages - a scant few can handle the power inherent in that change. Often times, the Awakening kills them or rips them from reality itself. The Awakening can from a number of sources: speaking to the Old Testament God, solving a problem that has befuddled them for their entire life... Or, perhaps, speaking to a possessed and cognizant Horse upon seeing the hidden messages within the blood vomited by said horse. 2. Horse directly refers to Boy as "Oracle". While that may be a throwaway line - something I do not believe for a second - given that "Oracles" are pretty much ubiquitous across fiction, there is a precedent within WoD (or at least MtA). Oracles are myths to even the Mages: beings of such unimaginable power that they can perceive the future and bend all reality to their very will. They are beings on the precipice of Ascension, tethered to Earthly reality either by their ignorance (which Boy appears to quite obviously be) or decision to remain human. Horse, whatever Horse might be, clearly believes that Boy is either an Oracle or has the ability to be an Oracle some time in the future. He warns Boy, the one with the least obvious potential or means to stall whatever dark future he sees, rather than any of the other established fighters. This ties into the previous chapters, namely two points that I previously played off as part of the story and a humorous piece of background information. Now, with the idea of Boy being a potential Mage in perspective, they are put in a new light. 1. Starting with the less important of the two, it is described that Boy lives off an all-meat diet: something that should be impossible. Nutritional and dietary considerations aside, it is wildly unhealthy to consume that much meat at any age little more than as an eleven-year-old child (and before). At least, until we consider that idea that Boy is a Mage - and a potentially powerful one at that. Boy holds Big-D and Door in extremely high regard and seemingly believes everything and anything they say. So, if they claim that it is healthy for Boy to eat meat and only meat, then so shall it be. Mages bend reality to their will, and so Boy makes the lie a reality. In a way, it is him practicing his abilities at all times. Like unknowingly wearing leg weights every hour of the day. 2. During the fight with Pyotr, Boy manages what should have been an impossible shot even for his Uncles or Big-D. Let's assume that Pyotr wasn't bluffing when he claimed to be able to run faster than a car. This can mean a number of things, but I'll assume the middle road of interstate/highway speeds (75 Mph, 120~Kph). That means boy would need to hit a target moving at 60-75 Mph, from left to right, in one shot, while it was at least partially obscured by the house, the dust, and the darkness. I couldn't get a good idea of distance, but Pyotr clears it in essentially a single bound. And yet? Boy hits his mark. Our answer comes with Door's following line "I knew you were a good shot". Belief is all that matters: if Door believed Boy could make the shot, then Boy believed he could make the shot. Door just needed to manufacture a situation where Boy's belief and need - like saving his father - to kill Pyotr were one-and-the-same. There are some holes in the theory, like the idea that both Door and Big-D would need to be aware of the possibility of Boy's Mage-ness, or that some creative liberties were taken, but I believe that there is something here. Boy is not all he appears to be.

The all-meat diet thing can be somewhat believable. There are people, and indeed people's, that live only off meat. I'm pretty sure the Inuit eat mostly-only meat, especially since there ain't a lot of plants above the Arctic circle, and figures such as a certain Peterson man only or mostly eat meat. But the other stuff? Yeah, that's some interesting theory.

However, all must either throw up the solid food they ingested eventually, or slice open their bellies to get it out. So about that last song. Since "The Probing of Kevin" audiolog, those Karl shorts have been building off of each other in a consistent story, aside from Episode 3 of HtP. I'm actually gonna go ahead and transcribe everything so far here. The Probing of Kevin: Now my friends, it is I, Carl, and I'm going to read you a story. Once upon a time, there were two little children and they ran into the forest looking for adventure. Now, what they found in the woods was, you could call an adventure. The found a valley of corpses! Now being the curious little children, they ran down into the hole/hell of the bodies! Ohh, how the stench and the smell, ohh it was intoxicating! The little child, one of them, he looked to the side and he saw the corpse of his deceased grandmother, and she stood up, and she took him by his throat and said "You never came by and visited me! You just ignored me and let me die in that pension house you f*ck! The two children, they ran away, but behind them they could still hear grandma's howling screams. [Scream] Big-D's "Guide" To Avoiding Arrest: [Laughter] Now, the two boys, they were running away from their scary dead(?) grandmother! They were running all right, and she was, she, she was running after them with her big big f*cking knife boy! Yeah, she was running after them with her knife. [Unintelligible] They ran into a forest and they fell off a cliff, you see, and behind them as they looked up they saw grandmother! She dropped her knife and she picked up her crossbow, baby. He leapt over her corpse, but she grabbed at his leg. The boot it was dragged off in his flight from the dead, oh yes~ Oh what will you do when your grandma comes for you? Will you scream, will you cry, when she tells you you will die? What will you do when your grandma comes for you? Kick and bite, grandma comes tonight~ Grandma she was pissed, got up on her feet, the boy only ran as fast as he can, Pushing his way through the branches and plants, it all seemed too bleak when he came to a creek. The water was deep, and he started to swim. Behind him he heard Grandma's howling! He made it across, and looked at his Grandma. She could not float, she was building a boat! About the whole "I thought Vampires couldn't eat" thing, I feel compelled to comment on this. Typically speaking, Kindred are incapable of eating like mortals can. The whole "ash in their mouths" thing is a little more exaggerated in the World of Darkness (i.e. violently vomiting blood to get the food/drink out, for example). However, much like in real life, there's more to it than that. There ARE exceptions to this rule, such as certain types of vampires having to feed on the flesh and organs of mortals in order to sate The Beast. Other Vampires are still capable of tasting and eating food, however they're incapable of actually getting any benefit from it, besides appearing more human to the mortals around them. But once again, these are exceptions and not the rule, but one can never underestimate what Vampires are capable of doing. Honestly, if a Vampire retains their proclivities towards eating food, I would argue it makes them a much more sinister predator.

Ah yes, the flaw Conspicuous Consumption. The vampire has to eat some of the internal organs(usually the kidneys, liver, lungs, and/or heart), which always results in their victims dying, and if seen in the process can result in a Masquerade violation. In the World of Darkness, some of the most infamous serial killer cannibals were vampires with this flaw(the rest were seriously deranged people, though some were werewolves who had violated the laws of the Impergium). A vampire who has this flaw has to take the benefit Eat Food, though some has acquired this flaw after a pretty nasty encounter with the Dementation discipline.

But if it was kindered then how could he be on campus during the day? Some one would have noticed how odd a guy is only taking night classes. Wendigo makes sense given iron is one of it's weaknesses, doesn't kill it but makes it turn tail or turn into wind to escape

@@Solqueen86 Kitten never specifically said he was ever encountered during the day. Also damphyrs and revenants can survuve sun exposure with no ill effects. Wendigo is a tribe of Garou who have weaknesses based on the season,and sometimes the weather, though they're almost exclusively on the North American continent as they don't want to be far from their cairns. Kitten most likely encountered a fae, a walking dead, or a wraith who had gathered enough energy to maintain a physical form, probably to seek misdirected vengeance, and when Kitten fought him off and kicked him through the window, it caused enough damage to destroy his physical form.

So...in WoD, in the world of the dead, there is a force called oblivion that threatens all of existence, but right now its the deads problem bc they are in between it and the world of the living. So I just noticed one thing in the prophecy Horse delivered, in the part where he says "The patriarch, in mastering Luna, ends hamstrung. He will wish death upon his flesh... But no mercy shall be given, for none he hath gave." That's not Big-D he's talking about, Big-D has shown mercy, specifically to Kevin where he converts him to a better cause rather than killing him. I think the patriarch in question is Door, who has shown absolutely no remorse for his actions against the supernatural, who gleefully narrated three comrades literally tearing each other into pieces due to starvation induced madness. I think Door might become a werewolf or some other kind of nocturnal creature and want the others to kill him before he completely looses his humanity, but the others won't do that because they think he'll be able to resist any temptation to hurt them leading to a tragedy for everyone involved.

While the "Patriarch" might be referring to Door I doubt it will have to do with him becoming a Werewolf. Garou are born not made and cannot turn other people into Werewolves like in the movies. They must breed with either normal humans or normal wolves as well as a child born from 2 Garou is usually horribly deformed and insane with like a 1% chance of them being born normal and being even stronger than normal werewolves. So unless Door simply hasn't realized he is a werewolf yet (somehow) he can't be a one.

"The patriarch, in mastering Luna, ends hamstrung." I believe that is in reference to the current leader of the Silver Fangs Garou tribe. In one of the end times novels one of the Garou champions attempted to breach the barrier that the technocratic Union and the Weaver had created in the Umbra that had kept the changing breeds separate from the actual spirit of the moon, Luna. He failed and fell into Hurano. "He will wish death upon his flesh... But no mercy shall be given, for none he hath gave." I believe that's in reference to Cainne. He was curse to immortal unlife because of his murder of his brother Able, and his blood pact he made with Lilith to learn the vampiric Disciplines. Because he shown no mercy to his brother and murdered him in a fit of jealousy(though some versions of the Book of Nod say he sacrificed Able thinking that God rejected his sacrifice of his crops and instead misinterpreted God's words. Mind you, this is all written from his point of view an untold time after he was cursed with vampirism.). Cainne seeks to die so he can join his brother's soul in the afterlife, but has so far been denied.

Among all the things that horse says, one thing really stood out for me: "The third eye opens" This is probably related to Golgotha, a state of pure balance that very, very few vampires achieved. A vampire that achieves Golgotha pretty much recovers almost all of it's humanity, can't be affected by the beast, needs very little blood to survive, is not affected by it's clam weakness and some say, can even walk in the sun. However, to do this, a vampire needs to pass by an extremely difficult process, and if the vampire fails he may fall forever to the beast. The reason for the third eye is because the first vampire to achieve Golgotha was Saulot, and when he did it, he opened a third eye. Now, here comes the most curious thing: The third eye opens is said after "one falls, one rises". So, maybe, one vampire achieves Golgotha, and another falls to the beast. But here's the real mindfuck. Big D kinda mentioned Saulot already. He was talking about the past of the tremere clan with Kevin, because see, the tremere are not descendants from an antideluvian. Their founder, Tremere, diablerized an sleeping antideluvian to acquire it's powers. This antideluvian was Saulot. Then, they made the Salubri, Saulot children, to be persecuted as diablerists to cover their tracks. Kevin being a tremere, linked to other high ranked tremere, makes me think this is not a coincidence.

The things Horse refers to, kine, kindred, garou, milklings, elohim. Humans, vampires, werewolves, an insulting word for changelings, and angels. Additionally, it’s quite possible that Horse is possessed by a demon. They’re ethereal beings (like ghosts and spirits) of the mind, which may be why it likes being told stories, and why they say Horse’s brain is enormous.

There's a lot to unpack here. The Vampire that Kitten ran into in his story largely maps to a Nagaraja, a bloodline that has to consume flesh instead of just blood. I've also seen as couple theories that he may have been a Changeling, specifically a Redcap but that doesn't feel as likely to me. Either way, there's a lot that could be going on there but not a lot of concrete evidence. As for Horse, well.....there's possibilities. First, there's always weird stuff that doesn't really fit in with the all the neat little categories. Another possibility is the animal Horse is possessed by some manner of spirit, possibly a Bane(an evil spirit of the Wyrm, basically). Or he could be possessed by a wraith or nephwrack? Lotta possibilities but not a lot of evidence one way or the other. The Abbot, IIRC, isn't directly stated but is implied to be the hooded figure we saw at the end of the first episode and maybe the Prince of Yarmouth, but it may also be Alfa tossing a red herring in our face. The big thing, of course, is the prophecy. knowing both prophecies in general and Alfa in particular, there's gonna be a lot that only makes sense in hindsight. That said, there's a bit there that stands out like the Astronomicon to us WoD nerds; "Of Two, One Falls... One rises. Damnation. The third eye opens." To understand why, I need to talk about Tremere. As people have told you before, the Tremere were originally mages who turned themselves into vampires for immortality. When they did so, they made a lot of enemies with the mages they turned their backs on, the vampires they took apart to figure out how vampirism worked, and the vampires whose turf they were muscling in on. They set about using their expertise at blood magic to win them a place in vampire society, but they lack a certain something to give themselves social standing. That something being an Antediluvian. Lord Tremere tracked down the slumbering Saulot, Antediluvian of Clan Salubri and diablierized him, then launched a smear campaign against the Salubri and largely wiped them from existence with most of vampire society accepting it as fiat accompli and that the Tremere were more useful to them than the Salubri. The Salubri and Saulot had many traits and qualities, but likely the most recognizable one is that as a result of their Discipline of Obeah, they would develop a Third Eye on their forehead. That's part of the reason this bit of the prophecy sticks out. The other reason is because Saulot pulled a Tzeentch and Just As Planned Tremere. He let himself be diablierized in order to possess Tremere and has spent the past few centuries fighting for control of the body. In the Time of Judgement, Saulot seized full control. Saulot himself is a mysterious bitch. Sometimes, he's basically Vampire Jesus, other times he's the next best thing to Satan walking the earth and which is the truth is up in the air for each writer and or ST to decide. As for the rest of the prophecy, I dunno. There's a metric fuckton of speculation regarding who it could be referring to and people pouring over it looking for weasel words and phrases that may not mean what they seem to mean.

Just as a refresher: Here is a basic history of the world that I posted on the previous video as well (in 3 parts, because LONG): I will attempt to explain the beginning of time, to the fall of the Second City as briefly as possible, and maybe make you love some things and tear up a little with the story: First, the Judeo-Christian God creates the universe, the angels, and either Gaia and The Triat (Wyld [Spirit God of Creation, Chaos, and Wild Places], Weaver [Spirit Spider/Insect God of Order, Science, and Arthropods], Wyrm [Spirit Dragon God of Destruction]), The Triat and Gaia, Gaia then SHE created The Triat, or The Triat and THEY created Gaia (but the first seems the most likely to me). The Wyld starts spurting out matter, which the Weaver starts using to make galaxies, stars, and planets. The Wyrm explodes stars and creates black holes, and although the Weaver dislikes this, her ow laws of physics demand it. Singularities are thus hidden behind event horizons. (Basically the Wyld was made to make the basics of things, the Weaver to shape it into things that should survive, and the Wyrm to destroy failures and things whose time is simply up.) God starts going through the rest of the Days of Creation simultaneously over the course of 7 days and billions of years, because time is the LEAST powerful of these conceptual forces I have talked about BY FAR, and simultaneously creating all the creatures, and the beginning creatures that would evolve into later forms, and plops them into The Garden of Eden. 3.5-4 billion years ago life appears on Earth and the Moon, and spirits start appearing, too. Also, the Weaver creates her daughter Ananasa. 400 million years ago Ananasa creates different species of flying insects by diversifying them, basically Gaia and the Triat love their niece and daughter. 360 million years ago the Weaver attempts to trap the Wyld and fails because he/it is formless creative chaos and she doesn't like change. Ananasa takes some of the energy released from the conflict, and goes to her uncle Wyrm who is sad all he can do is destroy, and together they create a perfectly balanced creature: the spider. It soon makes it's own spirit, and Ananasa and the Triat are surprised and happy with that. The wyld creates the Rokea (weresharkes) as a gift for its mother Gaia, and they give them the task of surviving. To accomplish this they are made immortal (like Tolkien elves) by one or both of them. Then, the Mokole (weredinosaurs/weredragons, after the extinction of the dinosaurs they lose most of the dragon stuff and have to become weresaurians, because under normal circumstances shapeshifters become infertile when their animal species goes extinct) are created by Gaia and the Wyld to be her memory, and were given a bunch of memory powers to do so. In response to this the Weaver creates the Insect Races (were: bees, moths, hornets, locusts, ants, and termites) ostensibly as a gift to Gaia, but actually as her own warriors. The weremoths refuse to follow the Weavers orders, because they are ballers, and the Weaver kills them. The Wyld is outraged by this, and attacks the Weaver. The Weaver destroys life on the Moon. Ananasa makes the Ananasi (werespiders), and they hunt down and kill her mother's servants while she is busy fighting the Wyrm. The Weaver succeeds at The Severing, and separates the spirit worlds from the physical world. The Weaver traps the Wyrm. The Wyrm goes insane. The Weaver begins calcifying the Umbra (spirit world). The Ananasi achieve victory over the insect-shifters in the Insect Wars, and Ananasa separates the insect spirits from flesh permanently, thus insuring that her mother can't create them again (with the possible, even likely exception of the moths, but there are no known ones).

150 million years ago the Mokole begin to create a civilization, later referred to as: "The Age of Kings". 65 million years ago the Cretaceous period ends with with a mass extinction, the Wonder-Work of the Dissolver (Wyrm). Wereammonites and werebristlecreepersare killed in a war with the Rokea. All evidence of the Age of Kings created by the great Mokole Dragon Kings is destroyed in it. Surviving Mokole can no longer take the Drachid (dragon) form. The Paleocene begins, and the Mokole decide to guide the evolution of mammals into a new tool-making species, which eventually become humans. They later regret this. 2.3-2.5 million years ago the Weaver, disappointed with the deemed failure Ananasa, takes humanity as her adopted child to help bring order to the world. Humans discover how to use stone tools and to hunt. Gaia creates the Garou (werewolves), Ajaba (werehyenas), Apis (wereaurochs) Bastet (Bagheera: wereleopards, Balam: werejaguars, Bubasti: werekhyphur of Egypt, Ceilican: werecait sith, Khan: weretigers, Pumonca: werecougars, Qualmi: werelynxes, Simba: werelions, Swara: werecheetahs, and oldest [now extinct] the Khara: weresabretooth cats), Camazotz (werebats), Corax (wereravens), Grondr (wereboars), Gurahl (werebears), Nagah (wereserpents), Nuwisha (werecoyotes), Ratkin (wererats), and an unknown amount of others (Storyteller decision). Originally their lifespans were closer to their animal counterparts, but after breeding with humans they became just as long, if not longer. Pre-Ice Age the Garou and Fera (all other werecreatures), natur spirits, and Fae all fight Wyrm corruption in Eurasia. The Garou defeat the Talons of the Wyrm, its first true and direct attack on Gaia in an attempt to corrupt everything. 1.75 million-100,000 years ago was the Ice Age. Gaia attemted to root out Wyrm corruption on her body/Earth by using glaciers. It is not as effective in Eurasia as the Americas, as the Wyrm had no direct access to the Western Hemisphere. Finger Lakes of Upsstate New York where Gaia scoops out corruption from the area and sanctifies it. God starts getting active again by slapping Lucifer's rebellion out of Heaven, kicking Lilith out of the Garden of Eden because she didn't want to have physical relations with Adam (but he apparently let her keep her immortality and magic, and would later teach her how to make her own magic gardens), makes a second woman and lets Adam watch (supposedly he is disgusted by the process and refuses to have relations with her, prompting God to let her go her own way in the outside world), and finally God knocks Adam out and makes Eve while he is asleep. 200,000 B.C. Caine is born. Caine invents murder, and the war between good and evil turns deadly. Caine defies angels offers of redemption, gets further cursed. Lilith and Caine meet. She heals his wounds, performs the Awakening on him at his request, lovers spats ensue, and they go their separate ways for one reason or another. Lilith creates like 3 magic gardens in rapid succession due to emotional issues. 100,000 years ago was the Human Diaspora. Some Garou discourage Weaver influence, supposedly leading to more primitive cultures. Other Garou, Fera, and other factions either ignore Weaver influence, or encourage it actively.

The supervolcano Mount Toba erupts, unleashing the Banestorm (horde of spirits corrupted by the Wyrm), permanently altering the Umbra and allowing the Garou to gain prominence among the Fera. 63,849-63,570 years ago weird Shenti start forming and growing in the Umbra. The Wyrm attempts to eat his niece Ananasa. She weaves webs so thick and dense that it looks like a pearl around herself to protect herself from both destruction and corruption. Wyrm imprisons Ananasa, and enslaves her children the Ananasi that with the promise to keep their mother alive if the obey. 27,000 years ago the Ananasi wipe out most Neanderthal clans at a gathering they were having. The Fera proclaim the Ananasi as Wyrm-tainted, and attempt to stop them, but the damage is done. The last Neanderthal dies on the Iberian Peninsula. Fianna (a werewolf tribe) arrive in Ireland, and are greeted by the Tuatha De Dannan. Garou begin the Impergium (human population control via culling). Most Bastet join in, but some disagree, sparking civil war among them. Nagah do not participate, although they and most other Fera still incite Delirium (supernatural panic and memory altering via their transformaion into their war forms based on the humans willpower). In some areas, instead of killing humans, Black Furies (another werewolf tribe) introduce ergot into the grain supply to keep population down. Maru-Dilekh War. Two rival Khan king decimate their tribe. 20,000-30,000 years ago the Croatoan, Uktena, and Wendigo (3 more werewolf tribes) cross the Bering Land Bridge with early Amerindians. It appears to them after they had been led to East Asia by Gaia and prayed for guidance. Wyrm creatures attempt to follow them, but the bridge breaks and falls into the sea, taking them with it, and isolating the Americas from Wyrm influence. The Three Brothers (what the three werewolf tribes called each other; Croatoan: Middle Brother, Uktena: Older Brother, Wendigo: Younger Brother) build a sacred mound where the bridge was, and destroy most of the remaining corruption in the Americas. The Garou leadershipserves to lessen the Delirium in Amerindians. Inuit peoples cross in two waves after the bridge refreezes, and remain in Northern Canada and Alaska to maintain the wardskeeping the Wyrm out. The Totem Spirit of the Wendigo tribe changes from Sasquatch to Wendigo. Anansi, Ananasa's most clever son, tricks the Garou into hunting for the Wyrm's heart. They gather enmasse, and he leads them through many dangerous places to a large pearl, and tells them: 'Here is the Wyrm's heart! Destroy it, free uss, save Gaia, and be remembered forever as the heroes of everything!', and in their hubris they never thought twice about it. They unleashed all their power and Rage on the pearl, and eventually made a small crack in it. From the crack they heard Ananasa's voice thanking them for freeing her, even if only partially, and realizing they had been tricked their Rage flared once more, and they hunted around for Anansi wanting nothing more than to kill him, but he was gone. As the Garou rampaged around, Anansi grabbed his mother's prison, and escaped through the chaos. The War of Rage begins, where the werewolves attempt to kill almost all other Fera. The other Fera fight back of course, but not together, and they will lose because of it. The Corax are spared, because even as enraged as they are, the messengers are far too useful to exterminate. At first the Apis, whose job was to act as matchmakers and breeders between werecreatures, humans, and animals are neutral, but by appearance with the Garou, but they are mistreated and looked down on. When they dared teach the Garou's children agriculture, philosophy, mysticism etc., the Garou instead of just leaving their children with the Apis, took a slightly more active role in their children's lives, caring nothing for the children themselves but wanting their children to be warriors that would bring glory to their parents, and hurled further insults at the Apis, after which the Apis said: 'Fine, if you don't ant us to teach your children how to think, we won't, and we also won't teach them how to fight.' Then, overnight every Apis left the Garou communities, and the Garou took that personally. Insults against the Apis increased after that: 'You have broken your sacred duty to Gaia! You are cowards! You must be of the Wyrm!', and finally 'You are just to cowardly to defend the children from the Wyrm!', and the Apis could have tollerated any other lie. After challenging the Garou to the Apis ritual combat (wrestling basically), the Apis expected to win the honorable duel, humble the Garou, and rejoin them and resume teaching and protecting their children. The werewolves ambushed them at the meeting site, and tore into them with tooth and claw. Fleeing Apis sought refuge with the other shapeshifter, but it was assumed that due to their close relationship with the Garou that they were spies, and were driven away. The Apis and Grondr were driven to extinction, the Camazotz nearly, and eventually so. The extinction of things like the saber-toothed cats leads to the extinction of the Khara. 10,000 B.C. Cain travels to the City of Enoch, is given rulership of it, and Begins Embracing the 2nd Generation, starting with Enoch. His rule is generally fair but firm, and sometimes harsh. He makes laws like: Don't drink blood from Garou, or make war on them. The 3rd Generation is embraced, and things go really wonky. Arikel, a sister of Malkav, and Troile were troubled by vampires becoming increasingly worse, so they went to best boy Saulot to try and get some answers, and he told them that only empathy would be able to help his vampiric kin regain their humanity, so the two leave and attempt to do this by making three paintings over the course of 100 years, and they brought them before Caine. The first showed the past glories, and made everyone sad and longing for something, ANYTHING like it again; the second displayed the cruelty of vampires and how much everything had faallen due to Caine; and the third was destroyed along with the first two by Caine when the second drew him into a rage. Caine ordered his childer to force the Embrace on the two of them. Arikel was embrace by one of the second generation, making her a 3rd generation, and Troile was embraced by the original Brujah Antediluvian (whom he later diablerized), originally making him 4th generation. Most true fae return to Arcadia to hide from growing Banality in the world, but some stay and become changelings The Flood is sent by God. The 2nd and 3rd generations hide using their powers, and some of them help save their immediate childr. Caine supposedly just tanks it to the face, because he knows God won't let him die. Most werecreatures hide in the Umbra to escape. Caine, convinced God just hates him abandons the world, and basically just sits in a cave dejected. The 2nd and 3rd generation find him, andattempt to cheer him up, but he ignores them. The 2nd and 3rd generation, led by Enoch make the Second City, a near perfect paradise where humans and vampires co-exist, but due to some combination of scheming members of the 3rd generation, and the new Baali summoning an archdemon to attack the city, the Second City Falls. The 2nd generation are presumed dead by almost every creature that knows anything about them, and this was supposedly when Caine came back, and cursed the vampires from the 3rd generation onwards to always have a specific clan/bloodline weakness.

Best I can describe it would be that fiddler at the end of episode 1 tying in with the ending credit scene and that prophecy all tie in together. Also I've heard in some lore's where oracles do kind of not so much a Rorschach test but visions of prophecy in blood and they regurgitate it a lot so yeah that I think he's one of those species that does that I'm not sure but I could be wrong it's been a while since I've done either demonology or species lore. Most likely a kelpie where they are at Norfolk has a marine environment and possibly big d rescues a kelpie and adopted it although adopting a kelpie is maybe not the best idea also depending on if kitten actually learned savat he would be able to kick pretty hard I study savate so it's not impossible

odds are that the Vampire Kitten fought was a Thin-Blooded Nagaraja, a thin-blood is basically, a 14th generation or lower Vampire whose generation of blood is so low that they aren't much stronger than Ghouls (although they do sometimes get other powers that I won't get into here) which would explain why Kitten didn't get steamrolled like he when he tried fighting Shitbeard. a Nagaraja is a Vampire who needs to eat flesh alongside blood. Thin-Bloods can resist sunlight for a time, have minimal vampiric powers, and can even eat food and have children, their bodies also disappear after they get killed, they are much easier to kill than regular Vampires, and they disintegrate when they die, this would explain why the vampire Kitten impaled disappeared after he killed it. the vamp also could have been a Half-Blood which is the child of a Thin-Blood which has more in common with a Ghoul than a Vampire although I don't know if they disappear or not.

So vampires can have certain quirks that are entirely unique to them. For instance, crosses and garlic don't usually work on vampires, but some vampires develop an allergy to these things, with the smell of garlic being unbearably strong, the sight of a cross terrifying them, and coming into contact with either may cause real physical damage to them. This is not because these things have actual power, but because the vampire themselves believes on some level they are dangerous, and thus it has an effect on them. In other cases, vampires might believe something nonsensical, like they must be invited inside a dwelling before they may enter. Ordinarily this is just a courtesy, but some vampires develop a quirk that will force them to abide by this rule, even to the point of bodily injury. A vulnerability to iron just so happens to be on the list of things that can affect vampires negatively, which would be more common around the British Isles because of the Fey, but even so it's not common at all and usually requires it be a specific type of iron. Another thing is that some vampires develop a compulsion to eat flesh. Many vampires do not have this problem, but some do, and the Nagaraja Clan as a whole physically requires blood and flesh to sustain themselves, which means they generally have to devour their victims while they're still alive. Davies probably wasn't a Nagaraja, but he might have still been a vampire. And as for his death via impalement? Vampires can still die if they're injured enough, but getting stabbed through the heart or brain isn't a certain kill. Hell, some vampires can literally shrug off being staked, and others can flex so hard anything lodged in their bodies will go flying like a bullet. But others can be beaten to death, poisoned, or even be infected with diseases; things that should ordinarily not affect them. So if Davies was drained and burned through his remaining blood trying to fight Kitten, then the kick, fall, and impalement might have been enough to finish him off and turn him to dust.

@@marmyeater Well no, gross bodily injury WILL catch up with them eventually. The thing is it has to be ABSOLUTELY CATASTROPHIC to take. Getting pierced through the heart or brain might incapacitate a vampire under normal circumstances, but the complete destruction of those organs? You need to be a pretty strong vampire to survive getting your heart completely pulped, and even then it's still an injury that puts most vampires out of commission entirely. If, on top of that, Mr Davies had a weakness to iron, which isn't unheard of for vampires, then that might just be a one-shot kill.

From what I understand, Horse wasn't being hostile to boy. He was warning him of the upcoming apocalypse. He was referencing the different world ending scenarios for the different monsters of WOD. The first thing he asked boy was if he could see what horse was trying to say with his blood spray, calling him an oracle who could possibly see the future. Hence why he saw his whole family in the blood splatter and why horse revealed himself to him.

Funfact, horses have a hard time vomiting, either because of how they run and evolution found it unnecessary, their pickiness in what food they eat, or that they don't make cud. You have to be really careful with what they are fed, otherwise you have really bad problems like colic( the leading cause of premature death in a horse).

There's a vampire bloodline called "nagaraja" that needs to feed on the flesh of their victims instead of only blood like usual. While there is a likely chance that Kitten posses' some sort of supernatural strength and simply doesn't know or chooses not to tap into it. Another possibility is that the vampire he fought off was either of a weaker generation (likely considering the apparent youth of the vampire being college and around Kitten's age) or simply didn't train his strength. Supernatural strength like what the supped up Pyotr had is a selective thing. Example: A Toreador decides not to train his strength to the point of being able to tear a man in two, so he has to rely on weapons (like a knife) to kill people. But to make up for it has incredibly powerful Celerity which allows him to move faster than the human eye can see. Which Kitten may have experienced a weaker version of it during the brawl since it supposedly went by quickly according to him. tl;dr: Some vampire built but slow, some weak but quick if it's the former Kitten's probably supernatural, if it's the latter he just got lucky

Alright so the boy is referred too as the “Oracle” by horse this is because boy saw paintings instead of blood meaning he had some form of insight to pick up on those details. Presumably, horse notices this and reveals himself to boy to then explain the “paintings” meaning. From what I can gather the story horse told sounds like two of the great vampires waking up. The female one kills the male and devours him then brings Damnation to everyone.

gonna throw in this. its entirely possible that the guy wasn't actually a vampire and was some other creature that feeds on human flesh. HOWEVER there are some vampires that develop a strange flaw in their vampirism that forces them to go full cannibalism to survive, unable to just survive on blood they need the flesh as well. I know there is an entire subspecies, if a rare one, of vampirse that are forced to do so. If he's not a vampire, then he was killed by the iron fence and simply vanished. If he was a vampire, is entirely possible he turned invisible willingly in order to avoid a masquerade breech.

Flesh eating vampire: i think there was A bloodline that didnt only need to feed on blood to survive, but also eat the flesh to do so... cant remember their name. I think they were a branch of clan capedocian or something... not quite sure. Otherwise, the whole cutting up to eat could only be some really weird fetish or modus operandi the leech kept from his mortal day (some serial killer or necrophiliac are embrace sometime). Otherwise, almost every race could have some sick variant that would want to eat human flesh for a reason or another. Also vampire burn to ash at variying speed depending on their age and immediatelly at sunrise... the fading away indicate some other cerature here. Vampire = superhuman strenght: they have access to it because they can buff their physical attribute for a short while. But otherwise, vampire cant go "HULK SMASH!!!" first night of their unlife. The first advantage they all gain after the embrace is inhumane resistance to lethal damage because of their new undead status. Otherwise, their arms strenght remain as before their embrace without adding blood surge or discipline to the mix. Rising 3: the 3rd generation (clan founders) were 13... but their sires (2nd generation) numbered 3... in the lore the 13 rise against them to be freed from them... but almost nowhere is that confrontation described. Almost all clanbook mention how the progenitor of their clan was the best back in the day and the other were to blame for everything that happenned since... but how and where they were able to take those 3 down (and by whose hand) nothing is mentionned in the lore. So for all we know they could be imprinsonned somewhere. Also the fact that horse mention that whatever current plotline will end all races kinda eliminate all of them from the list of suspect... could be wrong...

Late to the party.... but Whilst Kittens first Vampire could have been a Nagaraja. One theory I love is it's actually one of the Fae, a Redcap, the reason it died wasn't because it got staked but COLD IRON which is a weakness of the Fae then they FADED away rather than burned. Now the odds that Kitten knows much about the Fae is very unlikely and this is an instance of a unreliable narrator not because they're lying but because they are ignorant.
