Airless paint spray don't hold pressure

Graco and Titan airless paint sprayer will not hold pressure. One possible solution is a bad ball in the valve.

Hello sir, I have this machine with roughly same issue, will build some pressure but won’t maintain, then pump works v hard to try and pressurise, both balls seem good and free and prime valve is good, any ideas where to look next? Thanks

I have a titan adv. 200 stopped priming both balls are clear at inlet but nothing's coming out primer outlet I think it's clogged at primer outlet and primer knob is not one with a pin how do I remove .primer knob.

Before you try removing the prime valve, let's try something else. Lay the machine over and pour water directly into the pick up until full. On low pressure, turn the machine on. See of this helps. Find me on Facebook, it is much easier to message back about the problem

Another reason you tighten up the lower housing is to keep customers from taking it off every time to super clean it and lose parts and they come begging for lots balls and seats and cages with a worn out o ring with grooves cut in it around the metal and paint all over the place

I have a Sherwin Williams super nova sp. Where you can see the the rod below the piston...it leaks paint once it builds pressure. I would have to send you pictures of what im talking about. Im sure you're confused by what im saying

@Brian_the_repair_guy higher up. The rod that moves up and down, paint is coming from there and dropping back into the bucket. Below the piston but before the pick up tube. Sherwin Williams super nova sp machine. Its old school
