I use a magnifying loupe to inspect the carbide seat and when unable to refresh I use diamond lapping compound to lap it to the ball. Get one for the odd old machine seats.

Oddly enough the gen 2 and gen 3 use the same seats for inlet and outlet valves

anuone know What size Alan screw is it to get the Round silver cap off the dial guage to the control board, its so small I can see in the little hole

Is there any grease in particular that you use for pump rebuilds or just a good quality grease?

I use the grease from Wagner, its the same used in the factory, I'll check the part# when I'm back at work
