Titan 440 low pressure

Hi, I have two titan 440e (epic). Both are basically doing the same thing. I'll detail what is going on and steps I've taken to look into the problem. In short both machines prime up fine. But both machines slowly lose pressure. The pump kicks on and brings the pressure back up. I have taken off both fronts covers to look for leaks at the top of the piston. Neither machine is leaking. I have removed the prime valve and it looks in good condition (no debris at the end of the valve). No leaking at the end of the discharge hose. The hole in the block that the prime valve screws into doesn't appear to be oval. Still round. Brief history: I bought these machines seperately used. Both machines had been sitting for (assuming years) without being used. I got them both working up to this point. Thank you for your vids. Any ideas?

The machine will lose pressure over time. This will lead to short strokes to maintain pressure. Now if the machine strokes every minute or two or sooner, then the packings may need to be replaced. Check the piston when you are replacing the packings to make sure it is in good condition. The packings will allow the pressure to drop as it sits if they are worn. My thought is packing replacement is in order.

My pump just seems to bog down when I'm running paint. New filters. Bottom intake all cleaned out. Ball is fine. It does thinner fine but when the paint goes through it just can't do it. Prime valve good. I'm not getting it.

Exactly what do you it bogs down? Is the pressure low? Does it keep running slowly when the trigger is not pulled? Not sure what you mean.

My titan 440 is blinking yellow light, it primes but doesn’t build pressure, just keeps priming. I’ve replaced the transducer, but still doing the same thing, any suggestions?

The pump is not allowing the pressure to build. There is something in the pump, or the packings are bad
