Definitely could tell the difference with and without them. I prefer them in the 90s because the shoe isn’t sturdy like other air max’s. I need the the supports because my feet don’t like the flat arch, cones from playing sports so long

I wear a size 9 but when I bought the nike air max 1 "swipa" they run tight so I had to go up a size like 9 in half, do you think they will be the same if I was the purchase these and just stick with a 9 in half??

Thx for watching yo‼️ Honestly it’s kinda personal preference, if you like a little extra space then go 9.5. The 90s are mesh toe, so you don’t have to worry about them bending or creasing . I usually go 12 in the 90s and 1s , which is true to size for me. Other AirMax styles I go 12.5 unless 12 is the only size they have .
