You dodged a bullet. Gen 1 was buggy as hell about 6 months after they were released. I have bought each generation of AirPods (regular, pro and pro max) and I’m done with them. Other brands connect much easier and work everytime…even in the Apple environment.

In need of new headphones for the gym my powerbeats pro don't have noise cancellation or much bass but stay on my ears the best. The fit pro's sounded great but the wingtips snapped after 6 months of use. Airpods don't stay in my ear. My airpod max's aren't sweat or waterproof. I'd just like something with noise cancellation that is durable enough for a good workout💪🏾

Definitely wouldn’t mind the AirPods Max 2 especially if there’s a golden color option for it. Then for sure would consider an iPhone 16 Pro Max if that’s happening. But above all that, would love a studio display finally that’s relatively future proof for a few years so if a new one comes out, that’ll catch my attention first.
