I connected them and it only list as music, then i want to the sound settings and made sure that the output and input were the airpods, are some things they stopped outputting audio so i disconnected them and reconnected. now sound settings only show airpods as outputs and nothing for the inputs and the airpods are still listed as just music can you help?

Trying to use Airpods on Microsoft Teams with my Dell. Airpods have worked great for all uses except Teams. First I had a volume issue where Teams is maxing out the volume to 100 for every new meeting which is near deafening it seems. I believe I've resolved that, but the next issue is a consistent static that exists only with meetings. I've run test meetings to adjust settings and nothing works thus far

They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.

Hey man, I have a problem to ask you since your good at AirPods. I had my head against a pillow laying down sideways you know? And I noticed that the AirPod against the pillow was significantly quieter than normal, I’m about to try cleaning them out, but I’ve tried everything else besides that. Could it be a hardware problem where the speaker came loose or is stuck or something? Is there a safe way to open AirPods?

Hi Sir, I have my airpods pro connected to my Win10 computer - “connected voice, music” but in Zoom I cannot get the speaker to works to Airpods Pro (basically I cannot hear the others). At times, I can hear but I will then lost the mic. Generally I am not given “headset (xxxx Airpods Pro Hands-Free AG Audio)” to select, I only have “headset (xxxx Airpods Pro Hands-Free)” under microphone. Then “headset (xxxx Airpods Pro Hands-Free) and “headphones xxxx Airpods Pro stereo) under Microphone. I have tried the different selection and still not able to get both speaker and mic work well for my online meetings. Your advice is very much appreciated. Thank you, NG

Thank you for your question. I know it can be confusing, but the only way you can get your AirPods Pro to work with both their speaker and mic is to have both the microphone and speaker settings in Zoom set to the AirPods Pro Hands-Free AG Audio. That's strange that you don't have the "AG Audio" in your microphone settings. What I would do is unpair your AirPods Pro from the PC and pair them again. Make sure when they connect via Bluetooth that you have the "Connected voice, music" note under the title. Your issue may arise from whatever Bluetooth adapter your using also. Something you can do to test is try connecting your AirPods Pro to another Win 10 computer to see if you produce the same issue, if you don't then you know it is something wrong with either your Bluetooth or something in the Windows software. Make sure that Windows 10 and your Bluetooth drivers are all up to date. Hope this helps you out.

Only problem with this is AG audio sounds like absolute garbage. Airpods work fine with zoom/teams on a macbook but are pure trash on any Windows system. Nobody knows why other than Apple must be doing something outside of bluetooth spec to enable high quality output + input.
