This is a classic psychotic break. Certain powerful dissociative drugs can do this, but this definitely wasn't just alcohol. It's also possible she is schizophrenic with psychotic tendencies. Accusing people of not being real is a classic schizo take.

She needs to be taken to a facility on a temporary psych hold. Hopefully 72 hours is enough to get her functioning. They won’t be able to hold her longer in the US most likely.

Airports serve passengers alcohol before boarding, then airlines serve passengers alcohol in flight, what do they expect? At minimum airports and airlines are 50% responsible for out of control passengers. Yes, some people drink before arriving on premises or boarding, but serving after they arrive is simply adding fuel to fire.
